Aschau: Superb location, 200m from the Aschau cable car, sun loungers available. The Aufenfeld Campsite is within walking distance and features a swimming lake, an outdoor pool and an indoor pool. The location of the house is perfect! Only dogs are allowed, no other pets!! cosy, comfortable apartment house "Tyrol". In the centre of Aschau, in a central, sunny position, 1 km from the lake, 200 m from the skiing area. For shared use: large, well-kept garden with flowers, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system, drying room. Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. L'hôte était très accueillante, souriante, bienveillante et chaleureuse. La superficie de l'appartement correcte pour 5 personnes. La cuisine et les sanitaires récemment rénovés étaient propres. Les matelas étaient un peu mous. Au niveau de la propreté en général, il y avait beaucoup de poussière sur le mobilier, les accessoires (cadres, lustes, ...) ainsi qu'au sol et sous les lits. Le sol n'avait visiblement ni été balayé ni nettoyé. C'est un peu dommage. Un aspirateur aurait été utile. Emplacement parfait dans un charmant petit village à proximité immédiate d'une boulangerie, d'une supérette et d'une boucherie. Balades et visites relativement proches de l'appartement.

Ruime vakantiewoning, 2 toiletten is heel fijn! 1 in de gerenoveerde badkamer en 1 apart toilet, retro. De woning is gelijkvloers op de beganegrond. 1 stroeptrede bij de ingang. Parkeren voor de deur. Verder ligt de woning midden in het dorp en heel centraal gelegen in het prachtige zillertal. Voor zowel zomer als winter perfecte uitvalsbasis. De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn geweldig!

Schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen

Auf diesem Weg noch einmal Danke an die Vermieter. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es ist eine schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen in Aschau. Bäcker, Lebensmittel, etc. sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Gemeinschaftsgarten, der von den insgesamt 3 Ferienwohnungen genutzt werden kann. Wer gerne gut essen gehen möchte, muss in die Nachbarorte fahren. Vorort ist eine gute Pizzeria, direkt in der Nähe der Wohnungen und das Schnitzelhaus. Es war ein toller Urlaub.

Zeer goede ligging bakker, supermarkt, restaurants, trein en bus op loopafstand. Vriendelijke gastvrouw en heer, veel informatie gekregen over omgeving wat er te doen is, en mooie wandeltips. We hebben 3 mooie vakantieweken beleeft.

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern in der Wohnung und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem ruhig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und freundlich und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist dem Preis vollkommen angemessen.

Redelijke woning voor lage prijs

Deze woning is al wat ouder echter gerenoveerd, pluspunt is de grote tuin. Nadeel is dat de kamers niet verduisterd zijn, en het redelijk rumoerig is door langsrijdend verkeer. Woning is compleet, hoewel keukenuitrusting wat wat uitgebreider mag zijn.

Gute Lage

Waren gut zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß und hell. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein (es fehlte ein Eierkocher, Brotmesser und 1-2 Töpfe klein) wären schön gewesen. Kühlschrank dafür ausreichend groß mit Gefrierfach. Garten nett angelegt mit eigener Terrasse. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Wäscheständer wäre noch nett für nach dem Schwimmbad Besuch. Vermieter nett und gibt gerne Auskunft.

Gute Anbindung an Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Leider fehlten kleinere Töpfe Pfanne mit passenden Deckel und Eierkocher. Ein Wäscheständer für Badebesuche wäre nicht schlecht gewesen. Ansonsten nette Vermieter. Terrasse mit Garten Nutzung. Fernseh vorhanden. Badezimmer ausreichend groß.Gäste WC vorhanden.

Bardzo przyjemny apartament położony w samym centrum na rynku małego miasteczka Aschau, które znajduje się w sercu doliny Zillertal. Blisko do Zillertal Arena oraz Hochzillertal. Wspaniałe widoki na ośnieżone Alpy. Trasa zjazdowa z regionu Hichzillertal prawie pod sam dom wiec nie trzeba zjeżdżać gondola i jechać skibusem. Wspaniała i przemiła właścicielka .... Gorąco polecam

Niet schoon in de maand maart

Wij hebben het appartement voor een week gehuurd, en toen we aankwamen, zagen we direct dat het huis niet schoon was gemaakt. We zeiden hier wat van maar merkt dat het niet echt gewenst was. En van de vorige huurder lagen nog veel spullen zoals etens resten speelgoed enzovoort, glazen waren ook niet echt aanwezig.
