Shop 500 m, bus stop "La côte du Parc" 90 m, outdoor swimming pool 300 m. Tennis 300 m, skisport facilities 1.2 km. Nearby attractions: patinoire 250 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc 1.2 km.
"Le Sporting", 4-room apartment 70 m2 on 1st floor. Living/dining room with TV. Exit to the terrace, south-west facing position. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Oil heating. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm.

Le Sporting

We were a group of 4 male friends on a ski holiday. I was happy about the size of the appartment. It was however quite rustic and it took a while to work out how to work the gas cooker and find various kitchen items which were arranged haphazardly. It didn't look very clean on arrival. A wooden strip of flooring was raised below the toilet door and prevented it from closing. There were other temporary fixes around the place. 10 minute walk into town centre and to ski lifts. Suited us fine.

La ville à la montagne

Bon séjour en été : patinoire et piscine à 2 minutes à pied. L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé, hormis la terrasse (manque de chaise). L’insonorisation générale est un peu juste si vous aimez le calme. La proximité du centre ville (5min à pied) et la proximité immediate d’un grand axe rendent l’environnement relativement bruyant. Comme deja évoqué dans les autres avis, les lits grincent. A noter : malgré l’ascenseur il est nécessaire de monter l’équivalent d’un étage. Dans l’ensemble, bonne prestation : la ville à la montagne

Appartement agréable, bien situé à 5min du centre à pied et bien situé des autres viles et village. Terrasse idéal donnant sur l'herbe les enfants étaient heureux.

Très bien

Appartement bien adapté pour 6 personnes. Très bien situé à 5 min à pied du centre ville. Terrasse idéal pour enfant car accès à la pelouse et ne donne pas sur la route. Belle vue et nous avons eu une météo idéale. Quatres jours avec soleil et plus de 25 degrés.

Résidence très bien située

La résidence est très bien situé dans saintGervais la navette gratuite à la porte. Celui ci est spacieux et calme! Le parking autour du logement est compliqué , pour une location au skis nous attendions des local à skis qui n’était pas présent. La douche ne présente pas de support pour le pommeau. Le chauffage est général et on ne peut le régler, la nuit dans la chambre enfant il fait assez froid. Les lits (160x190) grincent.. Manque de grand plats pour manger à 6 personnes.

De prijs / kwaliteit is in orde. De bedden zijn prima en het hoofdverblijf is ook in orde. De keukenuitrusting is echter DIK onvoldoende. Een waterkoker is niet aanwezig. Er zijn heel veel verschillende borden . Er is maar één goede pan en een passend deksel is er niet, .Wel zijn er 5 steelpannetjes en 4 oude koekenpannen, zonder deksel..Er is één wijnglas en geen enkel bierglas. Wel veel frisdrankglazen. Een gasaansteker zou ook welkom zijn, I.p.v. lucifers. Het cilinderslot werkt slecht.

Bon agencement des pièces.

L'appartement était vraiment de bonne taille. Chambres grandes, grande entrée pratique avec les équipements de ski. Salon salle à manger de bonne taille. Équipement de cuisine moyen. Pas d'appareils type raclette, fondue de proposés, ni de cafetière. État général moyen. Les radiateurs sont sales. Pas d'accroche pomme de douche en hauteur. Draps proposés. Une housse de couette serait plus hygiénique pour les grands lits.

Suite à votre commentaire, l'équipe en charge du ménage fera plus attention afin que ce problème ne se reproduise pas. Toutefois, nous pouvons vous confirmer que le nécessaire sera effectué afin que les radiateurs soient propres. Nous vous informons que l'équipement pour la raclette peut être fourni à notre agence locale et qu'une machine à café sera rajoutée aux équipements de la cuisine. Sachez qu'exceptionnellement, Nos collègues ont dû vous proposer des draps de lit plats et malheureusement pas ajusté comme d'habitude. Nous nous excusons pour les désagrements que cela a pu causer et espérons avoir la chance de vous revoir bientôt.
