Incheckning och utcheckning var enkelt, man fick bara hämta och lämna nyckeln i vaktens stugan som ligger vid ingången av området. Området är jätte fint men husets inredning är väldigt fattig. En del av husets utrustning är halv trasigt. Huset är invaderat av myror och vi hade även besök av en mus när vi hade öppet dörren till uteplatsen.

Se non fosse stato per lo staff Interhome

La casa era funzionale, molto basica negli arredamenti. Esposta bene. Ventilata. Purtroppo però abbiamo riscontrato dei problemi tecnici. All’arrivo la TV non funzionava , la lavatrice era bloccata. mancavano alcune stoviglie e forniture essenziali. Soffione doccia rotto. Se non fosse stato per il team locale di Interhome e per i tecnici che ci hanno mandato prontamente non avremmo passato una piacevole vacanza. Suggerirei di montare delle zanzariere e il WI-FI. Indispensabili.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön.Das Meer und die strände sind wunderbar.Das einzigste Manko das die Ferienwohnung hat ist die Küchen Ausstattung.Der Herd ist ohne Funktion und bei einer Geschirrspülmaschine in der Küche sollte man mehr als fünf Teller im Schrank haben

prachtig domein, prachtig huisje, heel proper, voldoende tuinstoeltjes en ligzetels. Materiaal in keuken kan beter voornamelijk kookpotten. 1 laken set en handdoeken voor 2 weken is te weinig, wisselen na 1 week. Te weinig informatie, in de brochure staat enkel hoe het afval moet gesorteerd worden. Eventueel info het gebruik van was en afwasmachine en over de omgeving. Geen mogelijkheid mobiel te betalen in de lounge bar Water vanaf 7.30u in de ochtend Bij aankomst geen begeleiding

Ottima esperienza a casa trebbiano

Ottima esperienza, lo consiglio anche nei periodi di turismo intenso perché dispone di una spiaggia privata non attrezzata disponibile solo a chi abita nel residence. Posto tranquillo, silenzioso e immerso nella natura. Disponibile un market nella struttura per le prime necessità (non economico). Servizio portineria disponibile ed efficiente.

Kein Sehnsuchtsort mehr

Seit 2012 kommen wir regelmäßig in das Haus und lieben die ruhige, wunderschöne Lage und seinen Charme (mit allen Macken). Mittlerweile stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältins aber überhaupt nicht mehr. Das Haus wurde uns mit kaputter Schlafzimmertür vermietet. Bei 25 Grad Nachttemperatur konnten wir eine Woche nicht lüften. Die Außendusche zugewachsen und verstopft, Weg vom Parkplatz ebenso. Kleine Töpfe verschwunden, Espressokocher kaputt, das Wasser nachts abgestellt, Ameisen. Kein Spaß!

Alles prima

Insgesamt eine toll gelegene Unterkunft mit einfacher Ausstattung aber der Außenbereich ist sehr gut (Außendusche!, zwei Terassen, Blick auu Meer, nah am Meer). Leider kämpfen die kleinen Ameisen um jedes Bröckchen und sind nur mit entsprechenden Ködern, Essig,... vom Haus abzuhalten. Für Naturliebhaber kein Problem. Begrüßung vor Ort prima, zusätzlich vor Ort angeforderte Bettwäsche ist nie angekommen. Auto unbedingt erforderlich, wenn man etwas von der Insel sehen möchte.
