Beautiful location

This was a wonderful place with a splendid view of the sea. The home was perfectly outfitted with everything a person could need. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful place

We loved the house. The terrace is huge and beautiful, the pool is nice, the house is very well equipped and very well maintained. It is quiet and the communication wirh the owner was easy despite me not knowing italian. We would love to come back in the future.

The view!!

We had a wonderful stay! We loved the sea view. The piglets that occasionally crossed our path seemed friendly! The house is fully equipped. Not modern, but perfectly fine! The area is peaceful. If you want to go out, you'll need a car, and the distances are quite long! Thank you for the wonderful time.

Schnuckeliges Haus hoch oben auf dem Berg mit großer Terrasse und phantastischem Blick aufs Meer. Die Felsenlandschaft von Costa Paradiso ist phänomenal. Das gesamte Gebiet ist mit Ferienhäusern zwischen den Felsen bebaut, die sich harmonisch in die Landschaft einfügen. Die Größe der Siedlung hat uns allerdings überrascht. Zu dem Ferienhaus gehört ein Pool, den man sich mit bis zu 5 weiteren Partien teilt. Zu unserer Zeit war allerdings nur ein weiteres Haus belegt. Der Pool ist groß und erstaunlich tief und liegt von der Straße uneinsehbar im Garten. Strände gibt es mehrere, sowohl einen kleinen Sandstrand als auch mehrere Felseinstiege, wo man sehr schön schnorcheln kann. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass man das Auto braucht um zum Strand, Supermarkt, usw. zu gelangen. Die Parkplätze am Meer sind größtenteils kostenpflichtig und vom Platz begrenzt. Die Fahrwege in der Umgebung sind kurvenreich und zeitlich aufwendig.Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen und durch den Pool ist auch immer für Erfrischung gesorgt. Auch die Wildschweine der Umgebung haben uns mit Ihren Besuchen viel Freude bereitet.Für Kleinkinder ist das Ferienhaus weniger geeignet, da die Terrasse nicht vollständig gesichert ist.Dafür ist der Blick auf die Sonnenuntergänge unvergleichlich.Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, sind aber froh in der Nebensaison da gewesen zu sein.

Das Haus liegt total ruhig gelegen und die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft. Die beiden Badezimmer, der Pool und die Waschmaschine runden das Ganze nochmal (als Familie ;-)) ab.In der Küche ist alles an Geschirr/Küchenutensilien vorhanden, was man benötigt.Es gibt auch zwei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Supermärkte in der Stadt, wobei ein Auto absolut zu empfehlen ist, da es auch zum Strand ein Stückchen ist.Annunziata war super nett und jederzeit via Handy erreichbar.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :-)

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit toller Terrasse und Ausblick. Leider war der Pool während unserem Aufenthalt für mehere Tage defekt. Ansonsten ein toller Urlaub. Auto unbedingt erforderlich.

Fantastischer Blick

Das kleine Häuschen lebt von der riesigen Terrasse, die einen unglaublich schönen Blick über die Costa Paradiso und das Meer bietet. In dem eher kleinen aber wunderschönen Pool waren meistens nur unsere Kinder. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, stets erreichbar und sehr bemüht. Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig.

Plein la vue!

La maison est simple mais confortable, spacieuse, avec une décoration un peu datée mais franchement, ça n’a pas d’importance quand on découvre la terrasse immense et cette vue magnifique, apaisante. Il y a une vraie sérénité des premiers instants dans cette maison et Annunziata Meloni est adorable ! On ne sent pas la proximité vavec voisins. La piscine partagée est un vrai plus.

Vacanza meravigliosa! La casa è situata in un posto bellissimo. È presente una terrazza con un panorama meraviglioso in cui è possibile sia pranzare che cenare in quanto a qualunque ora del giorno c'è una freschissima arietta. Avevo paura di aver caldo visto l'assenza dei climatizzatori ma al contrario alla sera ci si doveva coprire con il lenzuolo. La casa è freschissima.La piscina è comodissima in quanto se uno non ha voglia di andare in spiaggia può usufruirne in totale relax. La signora Nunzia è gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Ci ha lasciato lenzuola, asciugamani, ombrellone ecc.... Vacanza veramente veramente veramente riposante.consiglio assolutamente questa location.

Schöne Unterkunft und sehenswerte Region

Die Unterkunft war super und war wie beschrieben. Costa Paradiso ist leider ein reiner Touristenort, das heißt um einzukaufen oder ein Restaurant zu finden, wo man auch auf Sarden trifft und vernünftige Preise erwarten kann, muss man immer 25 Minuten fahren. Ansonsten in der Nebensaison (Ende September/Oktober) absolut zu empfehlen.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wie in den anderen Bewertungen auch schon erwähnt, ist die Terrasse des Hauses einfach unschlagbar, riesengroß, teils überdacht und mit atemberaubendem Blick übers Meer. Der Pool ist ebenfalls richtig toll. Wir waren immer allein im Pool. Insgesamt war es Ende Mai/Anfang Juni in Costa Paradiso noch sehr ruhig. Von den 5 Wohnungen, die zum Komplex gehören, war nur noch eine weitere belegt. Das Haus hat zwei Bäder, so dass unsere Töchter ihr "eigenes Bad" bekommen konnten - auch nicht schlecht. Man benötigt definitiv ein Auto, da alles sehr weitläufig ist. Allein zum Bäcker und zur Einkaufmöglichkeit sind es schon 3 km, zum Meer ist es noch weiter. Der nächste Strand ist fußläufig ab Parkplatz Bootsanleger in ca. 10 Minuten zur erreichen (Li Cossi). Uns hat aber der Strand Cala Sarraina noch besser gefallen (mit dem Auto ca. 15 Minuten). Die Wohnung ist zweckgemäß eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Etwas nervig sind die vielen Wildschweine, die eigentlich immer und überall auftauchen. Sie kamen nachts auch auf die Terrasse. Einmal haben Sie auch einen Mülleimer zerstört. Unser (Jagd-)Hund war dauergestresst. Zudem hat es auch viele verwilderte, abgemagerte Katzen, die sich um die Müllsammelstationen aufhielten und dort versuchten, etwas Fressbares abzubekommen. Sonst gibt es aber gar nichts negatives zu sagen und wir können das Ferienhaus wirklich guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
