soggiorno in Sardegna
il maggior pregio della location è la splendida posizione panoramicissima e tranquilla.Non adatto il primo piano per anziani e disabili causa l'accesso con scala.Attrezzature vecchiotte ed in qualche caso da sostituire aggiornandole.Doccia troppo piccola

Vacanza in un mare da sogno
Siamo stati molto bene, una settimana in un appartamento che rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione data. Vista spettacolare sia dal terrazzo che dal balcone, luogo perfetto per chi ama il mare. Piccola caletta sotto casa, raggiungibile a piedi in cinque minuti. Macchina indispensabile per raggiungere altre spiagge e paese di Golfo Aranci dove si trovano tutti i servizi.

Organisation très bien rodée (plan d'accès, instructions d'arrivée,...). La vue des 2 côtés de l'appartement est magnifique et la zone très calme.

Krásné ubytování
Ubytování je krásné, výhledy z obou balkónů jsou úchvatné. Cesta k aprtmánu bez problému, klikatá, ale zvládne ji i řidič začátečník. Co se týče vybavení, v apartmánu najdete vše potřebné, kromě vybavení uvedeného v popisu ubytování např. sušák na prádlo, vysavač a úklidové prostředky, kuchyň je vybavena téměř vším potřebným, včetně tyčového mixéru atd. (jediným nedostatkem v kuchyni byly pouze 2 klasické příborové nože, nicméně byl dostatek nožů steakových). Ideální pro rodinu s malými dětmi.

Location ottima dal punto di vista della comodità di raggiungimento delle spiagge, due spiagge proprio sotto casa e una raggiungibile tramite un sentiero ancora più bella..unica pecca..in casa manca l aria condizionata..e il piatto doccia andrebbe rifatto con un uno po più grande...

Appartamento con vista in posizione strategica
Posizione strategica per visitare centri e spiagge a sud e a nord di Olbia. Casa non esattamente agevole da raggiungere (seppur la strada sia asfaltata) ma la vista - sia durante il tragitto che quella offerta dai due eccezionali e ampi balcone e terrazza, che affacciano su due lati di mare distinti - ripaga generosamente lo sforzo. Qualità/prezzo ottima, dotazioni generali molto complete, camere poco spaziose ma funzionali nel complesso. Vivamente consigliata.

La vista che offre l'appartamento in qualsiasi ambiente è impagabile! La struttura è un po' trascurata ma come detto si perdona tutto quando ci si affaccia per godersi il il panorama.

La strada per arrivare al Residence di cala Delgfini è brutta (curve tortuose, nessuno specchio, pericolosa al buoi di notte perchè sbucano animali tra cui cinghiali). Nell'appartamento sarebbe utile sistemare la cameretta con due letti singoli piuttosto che con un divano letto matrimoniale. Fornitura stoviglie scarsa e poco funzionale. Una sola caffettiera grande, pentole rotte e mal tenute.
