Country house, surrounded by trees and fields. 4 houses in the resort. 1 km from the centre of Roccastrada, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 30 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property (fenced). Table tennis. Private: swimming pool (above ground) (3 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 13.May. - 20.Oct.). 300 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 30 km. Riding stable 2 km. Nearby attractions: Grosseto 35 km, Punta ala 40 km, Siena 50 km. Archery and many excursions in the surrounding areas.

Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 open double bedroom with 1 double bed. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating, air-conditioning (extra). Garden 600 m2, lawn. Barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed. The bedroom on the ground floor is situated in a stone building approx 5 meters from the house.
