Private: property 7'000 m2 with trees, meadow, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (9 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. 50 m long motor access (via unmade road). Stepped path (6 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 1.7 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Follonica" 22 km, ferry "Piombino" 50 km, sandy beach 20 km. Marina 16 km, golf course (18 hole) 29 km. Nearby attractions: Gavorrano 3 km, Scarlino 14 km, Cala Violina 20 km, Catiglione della Pescaia 27 km, Follonica 22 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Accesa 15 km. Hiking paths: Mountain-bike trails 700 m. Two rooms on the lower ground floor with a separate entrance have a different owner and are occasionally used for holiday purposes (without use of the pool).

Das beste an diesem Urlaub war laut unseren Jungs der Pool. Aber auch das Haus war wieder top. Wir lieben die Optik der alten, originalen Toskanahäuser. Wir kommen bestimmt auch irgendwann nochmal:-)

Gerne wieder,aber....

Waren jetzt zum 4.Mal da,war wie immer sehr schön,aber das nächste Mal kommen wir nur wieder,wenn die Gartenmöbel und auch die Poolliege/Poolstühle/Sonnenschirme intakt bzw. erneuert werden. Bitte dann auch ausreichend für mehr als 2 Personen. Leider war auch der Minibackofen defekt. Sind zwar Kleinigkeiten,aber beeinträchtigt den Urlaub schon.

Entspannung pur

Das Haus ist sehr einfach, aber alles wesentliche ist vorhanden. Der Pool ist der Hammer, die Lage ist ruhig. Mit dem Auto kann man Siena, Florenz, Pisa ect. super erreichen. Leider sind die Küchenmöbel in keinem guten Zustand, der Kühlschrank war verkeimt und rostig, den Geschirrspüler mussten wir ebenso erstmal reinigen. Die bereitgestellten Handtücher rochen sehr muffig und mussten erstmal in die Waschmaschine. Wenn man da nicht so empfindlich ist, kann man das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Der Pool war gleich ein riesiger Pluspunkt für die Unterkunft. Leider war die Ausstattung im Haus eher einfach und das Grundstück nur teilweise gepflegt. Würden diese Punkte verbessert, wäre das Haus ein Traumobjekt! Reisetipps: Piombino, Grosetto, Siena, .....

Sehr ruhige Umgebung, man kann...

Sehr ruhige Umgebung, man kann abends Nachtigalle hören, alles ist komplett eingerichtet, nur die Betten könnten bequemer sein... Wir haben uns sehr gut efholt und eine interessante Gegend erkundet. Reisetipps: In Folonica ist Lidl und Coop mit großemAngebot. Die Spuren der Etrusker kann man dank Reiselektüre gut finden.

Schöne Alleinlage auf großem Grundstück. Super Aussicht. Großer Pool wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt. Gemütliche Außensitzgruppe mit Grill. Das Anwesen ist gepflegt, das Haus groß, sauber und einfach, aber ausreichend eingerichtet.Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich. Supermarkt in Bagno di Gavorrano (COOP). Reisetipps: Ausflüge an die Küste, Castiglione della Pescaia, Schwefelquellen Saturnia, Grosseto,Parco Naturale della Maremma (Alberese). etwas längere Ausflüge nach Siena, Florenz.....
