Beautiful modern duplex apartment of 60 m², overlooking a quiet inner courtyard. Ideally located in the Montorgueil district, very central and lively. The living room of 30 m² with living room, TV, desk, dining table and fully equipped open kitchen: oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, one with shower and TV and a full bathroom. Functional accommodation and perfect for a stay as a couple, with family or friends.

Apartment refurbished in 2026, it has been designed to be optimised, we hope you will like it as much as we like for your Parisian stay.

The Montorgueil district is a very pleasant place to live, a few streets from Les Halles, with its charming pedestrian and cobbled streets, the Montorgueil district has the look of a small village. The main artery, the rue Montorgueil, brings together greengrocers and food shops, bars and restaurants as well as trendy clothing boutiques. It is one of the streets with the most terraces per square metre in Paris! In the early morning, the delivery trucks and the ambient hustle and bustle reflect the Paris of yesteryear. In the streets parallel to the rue Montorgueil, new restaurants, cocktail bars and trendy shops follow one another.

Very central district, ideal for visiting Paris, you can easily walk to the districts of Chatelet - the Halles, the Marais, the Louvre, the Grands Boulevards...

This two-storey, two bedroom apartment was excellent. It was clean, safe, private, well appointed and well maintained.Delphine, the hostess and main contact, was excellent, and easily contactable. Her help and advice was indispensible to us non-french travellers.Great place to stay. Central to many sites we wanted. Food and bars nearby.Well appointed laundry room was invaluable
