Exclusive holiday apartment in the center of Matrei

This exclusive, newly built apartment (built in 2017) is part of the Alpin Park Matrei and is located directly in the center, not 50 meters from Rauterplatz. The arrangement of the houses and the typical architecture convey a "village in the village" ambience. Fully equipped, the apartment offers modern comfort for the highest demands and space for 6 people. It has a spacious living / dining area, a large terrace and 2 bedrooms, as well as two shower rooms.

The apartment is located in the 2nd Floor and is directly accessible by elevator from the underground car park with their own reserved parking space. From the balcony you have a clear view directly into the Virgen and the foothills of the Venediger group. In summer, our guests have access to a heated outdoor pool (only for AlpinParks guests).

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den sehr netten Vermietern. Alles wie im Inserat, treffgenau beschrieben. Direkt in der Ortsmitte gelegen. 2 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Skibus oder Fleischer und Bäcker. Alles Perfekt für einen entspannten Familien Urlaub. Wir werden garantiert wieder kommen.

Erholsame Tage in den Bergen

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Für uns als vierköpfige Familie mit Kindern im Alter von 6 und 10 Jahren hat alles gepasst. Die Anlage ist äußerst gepflegt und wird täglich in Stand gehalten. Die Kommunikation mit den Ansprechpartnern hat gut funktioniert und war sehr freundlich. Matrei ist als Ort nicht überlaufen, es gibt alles, was man zum täglichen Bedarf benötigt, vor Ort. Der Ort ist kein touristischer Hotspot, was uns sehr gefiel.

Appartement luxueux au centre de Matrei

L'appartement se situe dans un lodge au coeur de la petite ville de Matrei (qui, elle-même est parfaitement située pour différentes randonnées dans les différentes vallées avoisinantes). Il comporte deux chambres, deux salles d'eau, un salon et une petite cuisine. Dans la location est compris l'accès à un parking intérieur et à une belle piscine extérieure réservée aux locataires des appartements du lodge. L'appartement est récent et moderne. Il est très très bien équipé (et décoré avec goût. La literie est de qualité (grands et larges lits). L'hygiène est irréprochable. La terrasse est relativement grande et bien exposée. Les commerces sont facilement accessibles (boulangerie Joast à 3 minutes à pied et supermarché facilement accessible en 2 minutes de voiture). Plusieurs restaurants dans l'environnement immédiat. L'accueil (pas par le propriétaire mais une de ses connaissances) est chaleureux et efficace. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour d'été avec nos deux enfants (6 et 10 ans) et recommandons sans réserve cet appartement!

Great, clean and well equipped Apartment central in Matrei

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. All was perfect and we can only recommend it. A place We would like to return to again soon. The Apartment was clean, well equipped and perfect for a Family of 4 with two boys on 16 and 18 Years. After a long day in the Ski area (GG Resort) we really enjoyed the last sunshine on the nice Terrace.

Schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet

Die Wohnung ist modern und hochwertig ausgestattet. Es gab sogar ein Flasche Wein zu Begrüßung. Das Haus bietet mit Skiraum, Tiefgarage, Aufzug usw. auch alles, was man braucht. Der Bäcker ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Supermärkte ca. 15 Minuten. Wenn man zum Skilift will, empfielt es sich, dort ein Depot zu nehmen. Mit Ausrüstung läuft man mindestens 15 Minuten, zurück geht es bergauf. Alternativ kann man aber auch den Skibus nehmen. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief unkompliziert und sehr freundlich ab.
