This family house with two modern apartments is located 5km from Pula city center. The house is situated in a quiet location surrounded by forest. It offers a peaceful holiday to all who want to avoid the noise of the city but still to stay close to all the important tourist sights. The house is also very well connected with all major tourist resorts near Pula (Rt Kamenjak-Premantura, Medulin) and is located near the international airport (4 km).
Nearby there is a protected park forest Šijana ( KAISERWALD ), a favorite recreation place of the local population with amazing jogging and biking trails. Guests are allowed to pick fruit and vegetables from the garden. Also, the parking space is available in front of the house.

Excellent stay, great apartment, very clean and quiet area, perfect for a holiday

We had a great stay for 2 nights in Pula, Edis provided us with great service, suggestions on what to see in Pula and allowed us to check into the apartment early. This is a VERY nice place to stay. It is in a quiet residential area, the apartment is new and very well equipped with everything that you might need, there is a lovely garden. This would be a very comfortable and easy place to stay in for quite a while. The apartment is perfect for a couple travelling. All in all, a nice and clean apartment with a great host! Thank you!

Sauber und geräumig

Wir waren eine Woche im Kaisergarten Apartment und rundum zufrieden mit der Preis-Leistung. Sehr geräumig und von der Küche bis zur Waschmaschine alles vorhanden. Pula ist eine tolle Gegend und mit dem Auto/SUP einiges zu erkunden. Einzig die Lage des Apartments erfordert immer ein Auto und man sieht kein Meer. Dafür ist es ein fairer Preis, so dass wir wenn wir in dieser Gegend sind noch einmal hier übernachten würden.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung war genau wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Gebiet am Ortsrand von Pula. Nachdem in Pula nur wenig Flugzeuge vor allem tagsüber landen, haben die landenden Flugzeuge, die am Balkon fast zum Greifen nah waren, nicht gestört. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden hier auch jederzeit wieder übernachten.

Wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen in unserer Unterkunft, es war alles sauber und ordentlich und Edis ist ein sehr netter Vermieter. Da man eh aufs Auto angewiesen ist, um alles zu erkunden, ist die Lage außerhalb auch nicht schlimm. Der Flughafen ist sehr nah, man kann sehr schön die Flugzeuge beobachten, der Lärm war aber nicht schlimm oder störend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Schöne Zeit in der Wohnung

Wir, Ehepaar mit Sohn (15), waren erneut zu Gast in der sehr schönen Wohnung. Wir waren bereits im Sommer 2021 hier und erneut haben sich unsere sehr guten Eindrücke bestätigt: Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich, diskret und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen waren sie immer erreichbar und ansprechbar. Die Wohnung und besonders der Balkon sind sehr schön, die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und hat alles, was man benötigt. Wir sind hier auch mit den Fahrrädern unterwegs gewesen, in der Nähe gibt es tolle Mountainbike-Strecken durch wilde Wälder und entlang an einsamen Stränden. Die Wohnung liegt ideal, Pulla ist schnell zu erreichen, direkt angrenzend ist ein schöner Wald mit kurzen Radstrecken. Alles rundum empfehlenswert, wir werden wenn möglich 2023 gerne wieder kommen.

Alles perfekt!

Edis ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die sehr wenigen Flugzeuge, die über das Haus fliegen, stören überhaupt nicht. Man ist schnell in der Stadt und an den Stränden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit guter Anmindung. Die Innenstadt von Pula erreicht man mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten. Medulin, Fazana usw. erreicht man in der Regel in ca 15-20 Min. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern eingerichtet und und bot für uns (2 Personen) mehr als genug Platz. Edis und seine Familie waren uns sehr sympathisch, und die Kommunikation gestaltete sich auf Englisch recht einfach.

propriétaire très accueillant. très bel endroit ou est implanté ce bel appartement, il est très calme et reposant après une journée de visite ou de plage. les plages ne sont pas bondées de monde du peu que l'on s’écarte des plages traditionnelles. pour les personnes ne sachant pas nagées ,il y a des mini plages de galet entourées de rocher qui rende celle-ci intime. je conseil cette location a toute personne recherchant le calme et la tranquillité .

Ein sehr angenehmes Ferien-Domizil in Istrien...

...hatten wir für eine Woche gebucht. Modern eingerichtet mit 2 Schlafzimmern und Ost/Süd-Terrasse (Frühstück! 😊), fühlten wir uns sofort wohl. Komfort-Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Spülmaschine - alles da. Noch zuhause, hatten wir Bedenken wegen der Lage Nähe Autobahn und Zufahrtsstraße Pula - nein, es sind definitiv keine Autos zu hören! Die wenigen Flugzeuge vom nahen Flughafen stören nur kurz. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit. Wir haben sogar abends einen Korb mit Gemüse und Kartoffeln aus dem Garten an der Tür vorgefunden 😊 Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Pula.

schoon ruim netjes goede locatie aardige eigenaar van alle gemakken voorzien

schoon, ruim en netjes. ligt op goede locatie makkelijk te bereiden met buiten de stad. aardige betrokken eigenaar. enige minpunt kan zijn dat er af em toe een vliegtuig overkomt. dit hebben wij echter absoluut niet als storend ervaren.
