For boaters Villa The Palms offers an excellent starting point: You are on the open water in a few minutes. Endless journeys through the canal system; speed limits are therefore not necessary.

From the moment you enter this house it will take your breath away. The pool area with more than 2000 sqf is out of competition in this area. Luxury wherever you look. A boaters dream becomes true with this villa.

The villa itself is located at the end of a road with no noticeable traffic. There is no more peaceful way to spend your holiday. The area is characterized by the many new villas along the river and the lovingly designed gardens. Restaurants and shops are in walking distance.

The holiday villa is equipped with everything your heart desires.

The pool area is facing south and guarantees sunshine at the pool all day long and fantastic sunsets. The pool area with large swimming pool can be heated.

In the kitchen, cooking experts get their money's worth. You don't have to do without anything in your holiday home. You can expect all the comforts of a normal kitchen here. A separate gas grill is of course also available on the patio.

Please ask us for the right boat for your needs. Boater can´t rent a better location than this. It is a 20min beautiful boat route to the Caloosahatchee river which offers quick access to the Gulf of Mexico, it is also one of the most beautiful boating routes here in the area.The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site. All our boats have powerful engines GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!

Baseball Allstar State Tournament

This was a great decision for us. Came to the area for a baseball tournament with a 10 and 5 year old. Enough space for separation and fun. The neighborhood was quiet, pool area was fantastic. We enjoyed fishing and grilling. If we come back to the area, this house will be my only choice.

Plan for visitors

this was just very bad timing apparently. Our 3 day stay consisted of some type of property employee arriving (who didn't know we were there?), then we get kicked out of the pool for cleaning and the lawn crew shows up at 8 am. I could have had that relaxation at home! Make sure to bring your own toilet paper and check the electricity usage, as it's billed seperately! Odd, right?

Dear Stephanie, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I truly apologize for the inconvenience you faced during your stay. It sounds like there were a few unfortunate overlaps, including the unexpected visit from vendors. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you're trying to relax. I was trying to verify the complaint about an employee showing up unaddressed but I was not able to. We sent the property manager once to check you in and that was scheduled with you in advance. Regarding the pool cleaning and lawn crew, we usually schedule these services to maintain the property's upkeep, but we should have communicated this more clearly ahead of time to avoid disrupting your plans. As for the amenities like toilet paper and electricity, we try to make these details clear prior to arrival, but I apologize if that information wasn’t as clear as it should have been. We provide a starter package on toiletries but we don´t provide toiletries for 2 weeks. Furthermore we try to provide the best possible rate for our guests. For that reason we pass on the electric costs to the guest. We experienced that this is the fairest solution. This way, each guest only pays for what he has consumed and we do not have to increase the rent. I genuinely appreciate your feedback, and I hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity in the future. We’d love to provide you with the relaxing and seamless experience you deserve.

Beautiful Home Some Strange communication

This was a beautiful house and we enjoyed our stay here. I could not give it a 5 star rating because some strange things happened. A random drop in 2 days before we left from who I believe was the property manager. He asked my adult grandson for some white piece of paper that was on the counter in the kitchen. The day before we left a woman showed up at the door and asked if a box had been delivered to the house. My daughter showed her the box and she said she was the previous owner of the house and accidently used her old address when she ordered. Like I said, the house was beautiful and very comfortable but when you have 2 random people showing up during your stay, it is weird.

Would not rent again with current management company!!

The home is very spacious & clean! I would not rent again with the current management company! When we arrived the AC was not working! It was hotter in the home than outside! When we contacted the management company the issue , they said that they would try to get someone out! After my husband figured out the thermostat only needed batteries, we notified them (this is at 845pm) that we didn't need an AC company, just only batteries. The management's response was "sorry, but it's too late & we will have someone out tomorrow " I then stated that I had a child & did they expect us to to be ok with sleeping in the heat? Her response was very rude & that there was no way that they would be there to assist us! So we searched and found batteries in the TV remote to fix the AC, but then couldn't watch TV! They didn't show up the next day until 11:30am! What a horrible experience with this poor excuse of a management company!

Villa Palm was awesome!

House was very clean and as described. Very comfortable. Brought our 110 lb American Bulldog who made himself right at home. Would definitely rent this villa again.
