Villa Ohana Palms is the perfect home for guests seeking a modern and spacious residence with plenty of amenities. Situated in SW Cape Coral and close to shopping and dining options, this home is brand new for 2021 and has just been completely refurnished so it is like a new home.

On stepping through the double-door entrance you will be greeted with the very popular Great Room layout where living, dining and the kitchen are combined to make one spacious main living area. Decorated with cool modern tones, the high quality of this home is instantly apparent. The Kitchen has been finished with a central island and stainless steel appliances. There is also also a Breakfast Bar area with seating for 2 persons. The Living Area is spacious and comfortable with a large leather sectional for seating plus large Cable TV for family entertainment. The Formal Dining area has been thoughtfully furnished with a desk and chair for remote working.

The Master suite is spacious and upscale in its' appointments. It comes furnished with a sumptuous King size bed, flat screen Smart TV with cable and exit door to the pool area. The adjacent Master Bathroom completes the Master area of the home. The Master Bath has a separate large walk in shower, sunken bathtub and his and her basin area.

The guest bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the other side of the house in a split plan design so to provide the ultimate in privacy for all guests. The second Guest Bedroom overlooking the canal area is furnished with a Queen size bed, smart TV with cable and has its' own private ensuite bathroom with additional access to the pool deck for extra convenience. The third and fourth Guest Bedrooms also have a Queen size bed and smart TV with cable. The 2 additional Bathrooms can be found on the ground floor adjacent to the third Guest Bedroom. The fourth full bathroom is located on the upper level adjacent to the Games Room.

In keeping with the family feel of this residence, the home has a bonus upper level which is designed as a complete Games Room with Pool Table, dart board plus Cable TV. There is also a full bathroom with shower/bathtub combo located on this upper level.

This home has a substantial pool deck for family fun and entertaining. The pool area also has a separate hot tub and outdoor wet bar area. On stepping down to the private dock, you can fish in the Gulf access canal just like the locals do!

This was a beautiful house with a lot of space. It is located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to so much. Nice parks with pickleball courts if that’s your thing. As others stated, kitchen is very well stocked if you plan on eating in a lot. The temperature of the pool and hot tub were great. Our family enjoyed lots of relaxing time around the pool. We received quick responses to our questions and needs during our stay.

This home was perfect for our first family vacay with our children and their spouses - 6 adults. Plenty of gathering space as well as space for office work or alone time. The location was close to restaurants and the grocery store. About a ten minute drive to the marina where we rented fishing poles and chartered a boat. The kitchen had all of the pots/pans/utensils/dishes etc that we needed so it was easy for us to cook and grill. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Very safe and quiet area as I enjoy morning walks. Plenty of memories were made on this vacation.

Great place

Great location, very clean , just as listed . Inly reason for 4 stars is grill needs replaced byt works , large cooking utensils needs updated and needs lights around dock because we love to fish but we managed to have steak night and catch several fish ! Would give 4.5 if could

Awesome house!!

This house had everything we needed for the week while we were down for the Roy Hobbs World Series! We especially enjoyed the hot tub to help soak some sore muscles! We will definitely consider staying at this house again!

Great house!

My family had a lot of fun at this house! It was very nice, great pool, was clean & had all the basics you would need. My son loved the upstairs game room, it was a nice kid hang out area. Very glad we chose this house for our vacation.

We went for a family vacation and was not disappointed. Beautiful place. Enjoyed fishing the canal. Son and husband caught some fun stingrays and crabs out of it. We will definitely be back

Relaxing getaway

Really nice rental! Appreciated the electronic door lock (no keys to worry about), having the option to park the rental car in the garage, and a very nicely appointed house. We appreciated having a nicely stocked kitchen (dishes, appliances, utensils) . The listing is very accurate and I would definitely stay there again!

Five Star Vacation!

The house and property are even better in person! The attention to every detail was amazing! The bedding us luxurious.Fully stocked kitchen ready to use. Pool and hottub so relaxing. We even got to do some fishing and saw a manatee in the canal!

Very clean could use a little tlc in the game room area upstairs but we enjoyed it. Management team very responsive, when we arrived we didn't read the book on how everything works so we had some questions they were very quick to respond and pleasant people.

Perfect Cape Coral getaway

We really enjoyed staying here. House was very clean and had all the amenities of ‘home’. There were 7 of us (two families) and we had plenty of space for us and our stuff. The pool and hot tub were fabulous and kept clean. The outside area we enjoyed every evening. The house was close to shopping, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Captiva. Would definitely stay here again! :)

Family vacation

This property is awesome! Large house w/ plenty of room for our 7 adults & 16 mo old. The safety fence for the pool is awesome! Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. We spent so much time in the pool and hot tub! Fishing off the dock w/ poles provided was perfect! Awesome neighborhood for our daily walks around the block! Close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend this property!

Family getaway with friends 8/22

We just came home today from a great trip in Cape Coral. We loved the house. It had everything we needed. The pool was awesome and the dock was great for fishing and checking out the wildlife. We even were able to see a Momma manatee and her baby. So cool! We were very comfortable with the four bedrooms and multiple bathrooms which was great for the 8 of us. The kids loved playing pool upstairs. Thanks for an awesome time!

Baseball/Vacation

We were down for a baseball tournament/vacation. We really enjoyed our stay. The air didn't work in the 3 bedrooms on the left side of the house when we arrived. We left doors open and made the best of it the first few nights. Keely was very responsive to my messages regarding the air issue. Sometimes unforeseen things happen. It was resolved. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The boys caught some catfish and a Mayan Cichlid in the canal. Overall it was a good trip.

The Ohana Palms in Cape Coral, FL is an ideal home for guests desiring a quiet but beautiful setting in a modern, spacious and tastefully decorated home! We rented the home anticipating 5 total guests but our friends were unable to make it, so it was just me and my sister. The home would easily have accommodated many more. Check in was a breeze and the property managers quickly and smoothly handled a couple of minor snags. As a cook who usually brings half of her own kitchen, I especially appreciated the kitchen, which was much better equipped than other homes we've rented! I have no reservations about recommending this gorgeous and comfortable home and will not hesitate to return if we have a larger group coming to the area. Thank you Neil and Keely for being outstanding hosts!

Comfortable and clean

We had the best week staying here. The house was as described, we spent endless hours in the pool/spa, the game room, and fishing from the dock! I would recommend this place to families or people who just want to relax. There is not a whole lot to do in Cape Coral, but we did enjoy mini golf and go karts at Gator Mikes. Also, Cape Creamery has the best ice cream & The Greek Spot was one of our favorite food places! If you have kids like mine that like to be on the go all the time prepare to drive to surrounding cities. We spent a day at Fort Meyers which was a 40 minute drive, and a day in Sarasota, an hour and 20 minute drive. The property managers were so very kind and helpful, overall as a mom who needed some relaxation I give this place a 10/10!

Absolutely Amazing Home!!

Myself and my family had any amazing vacation at this home. The house was nice and clean. The beds were AMAZING! The pool and jacuzzi was the absolute best, My 3 year old grandson lived in that pool. They had everything you needed to make a family dinner. My 4 kids really enjoyed the game room upstairs and their ages range from 20-15 years old. The back dock from the house was awesome, Every morning me and my husband has our coffee on the deck. The 1st night there we seen a manatee it was awesome! Carol who looks after the house came to the house and she was the most awesome down to earth person, she even helped us with good places to eat!! Even the neighbors were so warm and welcoming. Myself and my family can't wait to go back! I promise you wont be disappointed with this home. I always go thru this website and this home by far has been the best home we have rented in the last 4 years, Everything that they said about the home is true and the pictures are accurate. I promise you won't be disappointed with this home! Go have a blast and enjoy your family time!!

Beautiful property

This property had plenty of space for the entire family. On the canal we saw dolphins swimming with our morning coffee. We had a Great time space fishing off the dock, enjoying the hot tub and the fire pit in the middle of the outside table. Clean property and great communication from the property management. We will stay again.

Wonderful family vacation

We rented this house for our annual family vacation. The house was amazing everything in excellent condition, very clean and organized.
