Welcome to Villa Benita

​​​​​​​Villa Benita offers an open floor plan with over 2,100 square feet. Due to the oversized triple lot with no direct neighbors and south exposure, the house offers a very peaceful and tranquil environment.
The home is situated on the Tequila Canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico after a quick 20-minute canal cruise with no locks.
The 3 bedrooms are equipped with one king, and two queen beds. Two good sized bathrooms and a pool bath are available. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The open floor plan offers two inviting living rooms, one of which features a pool table and a fireplace. The den offers High Speed Internet access.
The main living area has very comfortable couches and a full HD 52" Sony Flat Panel Television featuring a Bose Home Theater System for great music and excellent surround sound. The open and airy kitchen features granite counter tops and is equipped with a great coffee/cappuccino maker. The swimming pool is electrically heated and features an oversized pool deck which offers plenty of lounge space. The deck also has two sitting areas. With its south facing swimming pool, the home gets the maximum amount of sunlight to heat the pool and is the perfect setting for unforgettable sunsets. The home is situated on an oversized lot which offers plenty of privacy with no direct neighbors.
The lighted garden and palm trees offer a unique ambiance for romantic dinners or grill parties on the patio by the pool. Enough parking space in the private driveway.

Absolutely wonderful stay!!!!

This house is so lovely and very beautifully decorated. The pool was perfect and the grounds are kept neat and clean. The owner is so very nice and had lots of great information for us about the area. It is centrally located near everything you could possibly want/need. The perfect vacation!!

One of the chair arms at the dining table has come loose from the back of the chair.

One of the chair arms at the dining table has come loose from the back of the chair. One of the outside pool lounger chairs has significant damage to it...didn't feel safe to sit in it. The light switch on the wall between the fireplace and living room TV was hot to the touch and should be looked at immediately. If you want us to wash your towels for you the night before we leave, you should leave more than one box of laundry soap. Consider cleaning out the pool toy chest on the pool desk. There are many items inside the chest that are either broken or moldy. The shower door in the master en suite makes a terrible noise when opening/closing. It needs repair.
