On the ground floor there are: a spacious kitchen, living room with dining area and exit to the terrace, summer kitchen with barbecue, recreation room with small bar and gym. On the second floor are four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped and fully fenced property with stunning views of the countryside and relax on one of the terraces. Discover many beautiful beaches on the island and visit the historic town of Trogir, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and offers entertainment and gastronomic offers.

Beautiful house near the sea! With a private bar and pool, this house made our holiday! 15 minutes drive to the beautiful historic city Trogir. Would love to go here again some day. The house has very nice bedrooms wity good quality beds. Also very modern and clean bathrooms. The house is very big and there is a lot of space to chillout. The owner of the house was also very kind. He gave us the information about poolcleaning, garbage and some weather updates, so we can get the pillows inside.Can recommend this house absolutely! 9/10

Wir waren das zweite Mal hier und es war genauso schön wie voriges Jahr! Neven ist der perfekte Gastgeber uns sehr hilfsbereit. Im Haus gibt es alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Wir genießen den Pool mit den vielen Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten immer sehr. Der kurze Weg zum schönen Meer ist perfekt und wenn man seine Ruhe haben will zieht man sich wieder in den Garten zurück.Wir hatten auch viel Spaß in der "Bar" mit Dart, Billard und Tischfußball und unserer eigenen Disco.Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 min in Trogir wo es jede Menge Restaurants und Bars gibt.

Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl.

Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl. Das Haus machte einen super sauberen Eindruck und der erste Rundgang ließ uns schon sehen, dass es in diesem sehr schönen Haus an nichts fehlt und dieser Eindruck blieb auch bestehen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett, freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Einmal war Stromausfall durch die starke Hitze im ganzen Ort, wir riefen den Vermieter an und er war sofort zur Stelle. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiter empfehlen.
