In the countryside, 56 m² apartment on the ground floor of a detached house comprising the owners' apartment and an apartment upstairs. It is composed as follows: - Living room/kitchen - 1 Bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x190 cm, with the possibility of adding 1 extra bed - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 cm - Shower room/WC 1 additional person accepted, in an extra bed in the 'children' room, at the rate of 50€/week Heating and air conditioning are to be paid extra (according to meter reading) - 12 m² terrace on garden - Garden furniture - Barbeque - Salt pool, heated from early April to early November, shared with the owners (4x9 meters), open all year round, secured by an electric curtain. Access to the swimming pool is only permitted to the persons specified in the rental contract. - Car park - Reversible air conditioning in the living room - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Freezer compartment - Television - Wifi - Hair dryer All the ingredients for a successful stay, in this apartment with a heated pool
