Welcome to "The Cactus House", our peaceful and centrally-located home. Freshly renovated 3 bedroom/2 bath, with amazing views of mountains, cacti and situated next to hiking and biking trails.

The home is 10 minutes from downtown, about 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbour airport, about 15 min from the Mayo Clinic. It’s a perfect oasis in the center of the valley.

* Oversized living room with plenty of windows, and 80” flat screen TV; large kitchen with dining area
* Master bedroom: queen bed, connected to one of the bathrooms, flat screen TV
* Bedroom 1: queen bed, mountain views, flat screen TV
* Bedroom 2: queen bed, mountain views
* Master bathroom: beautiful, newly remodeled, shower only
* 2nd bathroom: beautiful, newly remodeled, bath tub and shower
* Kitchen: gas stove top, dishwasher, oven, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker (not Keurig)
* Laundry room with washer and dryer
* Large back patio with gas grill

Other things to note
* We do not provide cable, however you will have free access to Netflix and Hulu via firestick
* The property has many unfenced cactuses; please do not touch or damage them.
* Important: Saguaro cactuses are iconic in Arizona (Sonoran Desert is the only place in the world that is home to saguaros) and are one of many protected plants under Arizona's native plant law. Destruction or theft of a saguaro is illegal under state law and can result in fines and a class 4 felony.
