The living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with sofa, including hide-a-bed, three leather arm chairs (1 rocker recliner, 1 stationary recliner), Spectrum Cable TV, DVD player, a sound system with CDs, and fully functioning gas log fireplace (new gas logs installed in 2019).  Next to the living area is a wet bar with granite countertop and glass shelving, plus ample glassware.

Just off of the living room there is an office area with desk, chair, bookshelves, books, WiFi instructions, puzzles and games.  The Internet is high speed and suitable for working remotely.  The condo has a landline for your use in making local calls.

The kitchen was upgraded in 2020 with all new, high quality stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, microwave oven, electric cooktop, oven and refrigerator.  Adirondack 1 has just about every small appliance you could wish for including a Foreman grill, blender, waffle maker, hand mixer, crock pot, steamer, K-Cup and drip coffee makers, toaster and more.  And, there are dishes, glassware, utensils, and bakeware of all kinds and descriptions.  Need to make a pie for the holidays?  We have you covered with several different sized pie plates.  You will feel like you are cooking in your own home!  The dining room table seats six, with room to pull up an extra chair or two if needed.

The Master Bedroom is on the Main Level off the living room and has a dresser, bedside tables, ceiling fan, seating and cable television.  The en suite bath features a step in shower and Jacuzzi tub, vanity with Jack and Jill sinks, many towels, blow dryer, curling iron and make up mirror.  In the large closet you will find a card table and chairs, extra pillows in excellent condition, an ironing board and iron, extra blankets and an alarm clock, should you need one.

The guest bedroom down the hall has a Queen bed, with cable TV and ceiling fan.  The guest bath has a tub/shower combination in the hallway and like the Master Bath has ample towels and beach towels for your stay.

The entry hall has a closet with vacuum, cleaning supplies and other useful items for a longer stay. A new full size washer/dryer was installed in the unit in 2020.
