Anchors UP is one of a handful of remaining structures from the 1940's-50's motel BOOM days on the island. Everything on the island is within walking distance, including world class restaurants, beach shops, wine bars, beach bars and cigar bars! Relaxing getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very clean and it was a short walk to the beach. The provided coffee k-cups was very generous and having a Starbucks so close was very convenient.

Crab fest

Stayed here for Crab fest and MEA break! Best time of year to visit! Great location, very clean, walking distance to beaches and restaurants! Love the dock and patio

A great find!

The property was in a quiet location but still close to everything. It was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. A great alternative to the resorts with convenient parking, check in and beautiful outdoor space.

I grew up in Oklahoma(BOOMER SOONER!) and Li grew up in mainland China. We met as coworkers in Tampa in 2008 and the rest is history. We both got in to real estate in 2016 and then discovered the vacation rental industry. And we love it!

Our home base is about an hour from the beach. We enjoy our dogs, RV travel, and playing poker(Li is a semi-pro).
