Great Stay with Beach Access

Very smooth process the whole way through. Very clean and cozy stay. Loved that we could get up and walk straight to the beach. Driveway parking was a bonus!

Great place to stay, very close to beach. Listing is accurate, clean, has more room than we anticipated. Everything we needed was provided and host was quickly responsive. Highly recommend this propery and would stay here again.

Perfect Romantic Getaway

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend and we couldn’t ask for anything better!! Steps to the beach, restaurants, very clean and would definitely stay again!!

We were very pleased with our stay! Just off of the beach, within walking distance of every store/restaurants, in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Mary responded very quickly to any messages. Definitely would book again!

Clearwater beach

The cottage was a very quick & easy walk down to the beautiful white sand beach as advertised in the listing. The cottage itself was quiet & private, even though it's a shared property. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay & look forward to my next visit to Clearwater Beach!

EXCELLENT PLACE

I loved our stay here! The host was incredibly easy to get ahold of and super nice when i confused her by saying our door code didnt work but I just was at the wrong unit. The property was clean with plenty of towels and linens. The water heater doesn't quite get hot enough but overall a great stay! Great location to the beach and far enough down to not be super busy with other people. Plus she lets you use beach chairs and umbrella which was super nice! 10/10 recommend and would stay again!

Amazing! We would absolutely stay again!

The house is amazing! It's perfect for a couple, or a couple of friends. Myself and a friend just went for a moms trip away, and it was so relaxing and perfect for us. I'm sure it would work well for a small family as well! The location is perfect. Close enough to downtown that you could walk to everything and not have to worry about parking, but also far enough down that the beach isn't busy like it is by the pier. Being able to walk 30 seconds to get to the beach is pretty nice too! Mary is so incredible to work with and her mom is the sweetest lady as well! They did everything they could to make sure that we were having a good time and that everything was up to our standards. We did have a sensor go out in the dryer (completely out of their control), and we told Mary about it that morning and she was able to have someone out that same day to fix it! She was very quick to respond, and make sure everything was working with it again! I will be staying here, or at another one of her houses again soon!

Birthday Girls Trip

House is exactly as shown in pictures and description. Great location near the beach. We did have an issue with the key pad not working one night and it took over an hour before we got a call back from Mary. Another hour 1/2 before we were able to get into house. No spare key at house to use if key pad did not work. This would not have been an issue, but I had fallen on the sidewalk in the rain as we were walking back from dinner, and needed to get ice on my leg. I do have to say that the issue with a spare key was rectified that evening and Mary brought a bag of ice for me to use while we waited for a locksmith to arrive. Also Mary was over accommodating after our not fun 2nd night and I was refunded for one night. I would book here again as Mary fixed the problem and kept in touch with me for the remainder of our trip. She also mailed me some clothes that we left behind.

We loved staying here. It had free parking and a quick walk to the beach. We walked several times to the restaurants and shopping area. Always felt safe even in the evenings when it was dark. Loved the chairs and coolers for the beach.

This was the perfect location. Not too far from the restaurants and bars but far enough to get away from the crowds. The beach was alot less crowded on this end which was nice. The beach access was just down the street. The cottage is small but just enough for us three girls. It was very cozy and private. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler plus other sand toys available for use. I cannot wait to book this cottage again.

The place was absolutely amazing! The only complaints I have is, the shower doesn’t have good water pressure, and the water doesn’t get hot in the kitchen sink for washing dishes. The washer and dryer worked perfectly, the air conditioning works amazingly. The bed was also super comfyIt was a little confusing at first as I hadn’t realized there was 3 different houses in one spot (for multiple renters) The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the house is in a perfect spot for the beach, there wasn’t many people on the beach around that area so that was super nice! Overall I was pretty satisfied with the stay there!

This is truly a wonderful place! The location could not have been more perfect for us -- the beach is just a stone's throw away, and the main drag is only a short walk from the house. Check in was a breeze, and the house had everything we needed.

Amazing stay!

This was one of the best stats we've had in Clearwater. Roomie enough without feeling too big for two people. Super close to the beach, I walked barefoot everyday we were there it was so close. Had chairs we could take to the beach and also other beach toys. Nice outdoor deckbox so if you had anything that you took to the beach that got sandy and you didn't want to track sand in you could leave it stored outside. Super cozy, and private. There are two other places that are close to it, but we didn't have any issues with privacy or anything. Amazing and absolutely adorable! We'll definitely be back. :)
