Cozy apartment for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 smaller children in Bonn-Ippendorf with its own kitchen and bathroom. There are 3 (4) beds (a double bed of 1.80m x 2.00m, a sofa bed of 1.40mx2.00m) in a bedroom and a living room.

The apartment is an extension with a private entrance. The annex belongs to a detached house with a garden. The apartment has Wi-Fi.

In the private road there is usually enough parking space, otherwise there are many parking spaces in the adjacent public roads 'Im Acker' and 'Ippendorfer Allee'.
If all else fails you will always find a parking space in 3 minutes walk at the cemetery Ippendorfer.

The bus stop is 100 meters from the apartment. Every 10-15 minutes there are buses 602 and 603 to the city center and in the direction of Venusberg / Unikliniken / Röttgen. From 1 o'clock in the week the night busses run every hour until 3 o'clock, on weekends till 5 o'clock.
An Edekamarkt with bakery, Rossmann, pharmacies and restaurants as well as various banks are within walking distance.

Nette Gastgeberin, die uns zu Beginn zwei Flaschen Weißbier vorbei gebracht hat. Wohnung ist in einem Anbau neben Terrasse/Garten der Eigentümer. Der Schlüssel um zur Wohnung zu gelangen ist in einem Schlüssel Safe hinterlegt. Die Nr. für den Schlüssel Safe wurde rechtzeitig übermittelt. Wochendtrip in Bonn

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Eine ruhig gelegene Wohnung und oassend eingerichtete. Der Vorteil dieser Wohnung ist die nahe Anbindung zur Buslinie. Wir würden jederzeit gerne dorthin zurückkehren.

Heel tevreden over dit knusse huis

We hebben 5 dagen een heel prettig verblijf gehad. Het huis was schoon en heel gezellig. Alles was aanwezig. De eigenaars waren heel behulpzaam en gaven goede tips voor de omgeving. De locatie was perfect voor als je zowel Bonn als Keulen wilt bezoeken. Als met al een 10!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Gut ausgestattet, sehr schöne Lage mit Blick in den Garten, ich habe sehr gut geschlafen und es gibt einen Terassenplatz, den man als Gast nutzen darf.

Ruhige Fewo in zentraler Lage

Wir haben fünf Tage in dieser schönen kleinen Fewo verbracht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, alles super und ausserdem sehr nette Vermieter. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Bonn sind, werden wir diese ruhige, aber zentral gelegene Fewo - in wenigen Minuten mit dem Bus in Bonn-Zentrum - wieder mieten.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in ruhiger dennoch zentraler Lage

Es handelt sich um eine kleine aber feine Wohnung in ruhiger Lage (Wohngebiet, Ende Sackgasse) in Bonn. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und stehen für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Ausstattung modern und neuwertig. Wir würden die Wohnung für max. 2 Personen empfehlen. Die Wohnung bietet eine gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV oder man startet einfach von der Haustür aus zu einer Wanderung in die schöne Umgebung. Wir können die Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt in Bonn uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Geruchsproblem

Soweit war die Unterkunft sehr schön und hat der Beschreibung entsprochen. Nur leider gibt es wohl ein Problem mit Feuchtigkeit. Die gesamte Unterkunft hat gerochen wie ein alter nasser Keller. Es waren auch zwei Entfeuchter in den Räumen aufgestellt, die daran wohl etwas ändern sollten. Leider roch es trotz dauerlüften auch bei kühlem Wetter die ganze Zeit sehr muffig. Wir hatten somit auch schon bedenken ob da Schimmel eine Rolle spielen könnte. Am Abend hatten wir auch Duftkerzen an, damit war es dann erträglich. Wirklich schade, weil ansonsten sind die Vermieter total freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir durften sogar in der Einfahrt unser Auto parken. Zur Ausstattung hat uns die ein oder Andere USB Steckdose gefehlt, sollte in der heutigen Zeit eigentlich Standard sein. Besonders die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, dort hat absolut nichts gefehlt. Also wenn der Geruch nicht mehr wäre, wurden wir auch wiederkommen, so sonst nicht.

Lauschiges Appartement in idyllischer Gartenoase

Sehr freundliche und offene Vermieter, welche für Fragen Plausch, sowie Information für ihre Mieter da sind. Das Appartement ist eher ein kleine aber bestens ausgestattete Wohnung auf 35qm, alles da war vman erwartet und vieles was man für einen derartig GÜNSTIGEN Preis nie vermutet hätte. Wir waren Baff als wir unsere Unterkunft sahen, Wohnzimmer modern und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, mit TV und schönen Bildern, welche von moderner Beleuchtung angelächelt werden. Die kleine Küche bietet absolut alles, was man sich wünscht. Der Garten ist zwar nicht zur Mitnutzung aber ein Augenschmaus, zumal man auf einer überdachten Terrasse zur Entspannung zudem verweilen darf. Die räumliche Lage ist einerseits als herrlich ruhig zu umschreiben mit vielen Vögeln die fröhlich daherträllern, okay Nachbars Hahn war ein Frühaufsteher :0) - Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nur wenigen Schritt fußläufig zu erreichen, Busse die im 10Min Takt fahren und ein sehr gutes Balkan Restaurant sowie ein Edeka Markt in nur 300m Entfernung. Mit den Öffis direkt in die City Bonns in nur rund ca 15min Fahrzeit. Auf jeden Fall werde ich dieses kleine aber SEHR sehr feine Domizil jedem empfehlen, der in ruhiger Umgebung autark in der Nähe von Bonn City ein paar Tage verbringen will. WIR freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal .. und bedanken uns bei unseren Verrmietern fürt diese wundervolle Zeit

Nice property

The property is very nice in a safe location. The unit is clean and nice but there is an odor of dampness that is a bit strong especially when one first enters the unit. It is near bus stop, convenient to get to the city. The city center, however, is not within a walking distance. One recommendation is to clear an area in the back patio for the gusests to be able to sit outside.

Im Grünen und nah bei der Stadt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entspricht in allen Punkten dem Internetauftritt. Die Vermieterin hat uns schon im voraus nützliche Informationen zur Umgebung und zum ÖPNV per Mail mitgeteilt, das war für unsere Planung sehr gut. In der Wohnung ist eine Pinnwand mit aktuellem Fahrplan und die Vermieter bei etwaigen Fragen gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und finden die Wohnung für Paare ideal.

Ich kann mich den guten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet, sie ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Busverbindungen ins Zentrum Bonns sind gut! So muss man keinen Parkplatz suchen. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch meine Tochter hat sich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Schöne Ferienwohnung… Rhein, Altstadt und Forst sind schnell erreichbar. Wir waren Wandern im Siebengebierge und Radfahren am Fluß und schönen hügeligen Waldanlagen… ein e-Bike ist zu empfehlen Gruß von der Stader Geest

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and we found the property to be extremely clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. Parking was available and some basic shops near by. Would stay here again. Thank you Jutta and Paul for your hospitality
