Cozy home in Zerpenschleuse

This beautiful Scandinavian-style vacation home is situated in a prime location in the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse. Enjoy the side view of the hustle and bustle of the marina.



In the vacation home you can expect a lot of entertainment with Blu-Ray player and two TVs. Thanks to the gallery-like second floor and the panoramic windows, the house is bright and friendly, the furnishings with lots of wood and warm tones contribute to the coziness. On the spacious terrace, a barbecue is available, so that nothing stands in the way of a hearty barbecue evening. At the back of the house a double bench with table invites you to linger and offers a wide view over meadows and fields.



The vacation home has air conditioning in both bedrooms, which cools on hot days and can be controlled via a remote control. On particularly cold winter days it serves as additional heating. In addition, there are stand fans in the other rooms.



In the cottage, after a walk along the icy lake or through the snowy forests, you can warm up again in front of the crackling fireplace in the living room. The stove brings cozy warmth and a cozy place for the whole family. It is also wonderful to relax under the wellness shower in the spacious bathroom on the first floor. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the other bedroom with two single beds. Both single beds can be extended to a double bed, so that there is room for two more people. As an alternative sleeping option, you will also find a recliner with footboard on the open gallery. A free parking space is available on the property.



In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses, which stretch along the "Langer Trödel".



In the harbor village Zerpenschleuse payment with EC card is not possible, please only cash payment.



The harbor village Zerpenschleuse is still under construction, so there may be construction activities in the neighborhood.
