About this property

Bright, modern house with large garden and terrace

Situated right by the gates of Berlin Bernau offers many leisure and recreational activities for singles and families. Our radically modernized holiday home is situated in a quiet neighborhood - under the motto: Arrive and feel.

The house in the bungalow style needs no stairs. Living room, kitchen and dining area are united in an open space, which offers through a large window and natural skylight even in rainy weather much brightness.

separated them are two bedrooms with a total of three Sleeps. On the sofa bed two people can sleep. Upon request, we also like to have a cot and high chair available.

The bathroom has a bath, a modern shower and heated towel rail. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove, and microwave.

The terrace is perfect for relaxing together, in the summer house there are four garden chairs, garden table and grill ready for free use. Snacking in summer like our fruit trees! Bicycles for excursions can be made available if required. The car is well protected under a carport.

Pets after consultation.

The city center is within walking distance. Short distances also lead to a nearby shopping center and the Bernauer "Sports Forum" with its many fitness facility, and a sauna. The Bernau Station is about 2 km away.

Arrival from 15 pm, departure by 11am.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was low stress to stay there, the home itself was lovely, and the Flemmings were very helpful. We had a comfortable bed, plus two single beds in the kids' room. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our breakfasts. We took the train to and from Berlin Hbf each day. It was about 40-45 minutes one way, though... NOT 20-30 minutes, as some of the other reviewers have stated. Still, it was well worth it for how nice and peaceful it was staying there in Bernau. We would definitely return!

Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr ruhige Lage. Es ist äußerst komfortabel eingerichtet. Auch der Carport war sehr nützlich.In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen. Von Bernau nach Berlin ist es ein Katzensprung.Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und haben viele Möglichkeiten zu Unternehmungen erklärt.Wir werden das Ferienhaus gern weiterempfehlen.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus,ca 300 mtr. bis zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Bus .Man hat auch die Möglichkeit am Bahnhof Zepernick kostenlos zu parken und dann nach Berlin zu fahren .

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, mitten in einem großen Garten mit Obstbäumen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe.Die Umgebung ist gut für Radtouren und Wanderungen geeignet. Berlin ist mit dem ÖPNV gut zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Wohnung hält was das Inserat verspricht. Sehr tolle Räumlichkeiten, mit einer wirklich reichlichen Ausstattung und umgeben von einem schönen Garten. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Siedlung in einer Sackgasse ist auch hervorragend. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Wohnung wird von uns aus voller Überzeugung weiterempfohlen.

Ein außergewöhnliches Ferienhaus, sehr gepflegt, geräumig und umfassend ausgestattet. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist optimal (ca. 5 zum Bus). Sicherheit und Sauberkeit wird groß geschrieben. 1. Berlin ist eine Reise wert und zwei Wochen sollten es mindestens sein. 2. Die Unterkunft hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. 3. Die Verkehrsanbindung von Bernau nach Berlin mit der S-Bahn ist sehr gut. Nur einmal wurde sie durch den US-Präsidenten gestört. Wír haben den PKW nur zweimal benötigt.

Rundum zufrieden

Die Wahl des Urlaubsorts fiel auf Bernau wegen des Ferienhauses Lilie. Fotos und Beschreibung waren überzeugend. Tatsächlich sind unsere Erwartungen dann noch übertroffen worden. Ein Glas Kirschmarmelade, eine Flasche Bier und Sekt erwartete uns. Ein frischer Blumenstrauß rundete den ersten guten Eindruck ab. Noch nie haben wir - trotz reichlicher Erfahrung - eine so komplett ausgestattete Küche vorgefunden. Das Haus ist nicht nur zweckmäßig sondern auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Rundum empfehlenswert - auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Ferienwohnung! Wir genossen die schöne und ruhige Umgebung. Mit dem Fahrrad nach der Liepnitzsee gefahren und viel gelaufen in Berlin (wo unsere Tochter lebt und arbeitet). Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Auch die Kommunikation mit Frau Flemming verlief gut. Vielleicht kommen wir noch einmal hierher zurück.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger, stadtnaher Lage

Das Haus ist für 4 Personen (insbesondere Familie mit zwei Kindern) perfekt geeignet. Es ist modern, sehr sauber, umfassend ausgestattet und sehr gut gelegen, wenn man Zeit in Berlin verbringen, aber etwas ruhiger in Naturnähe wohnen will. Bernau ist per ÖPNV gut an Berlin angebunden und hat viele gute Restaurants, Supermärkte in der Nähe des Hauses und Natur fußläufig. Checkin und Kommunikation liefen reibungslos, wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieser.

Eine rundum gelungene Lokation! Alles, wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Viele Kleinigkeiten, an die gedacht wurde. Tolle Räumlichkeiten, wunderschöner Garten. Wir können dieses Domizil sehr empfehlen. Auch das nahe Berlin ist gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend und sehr wertvoll. Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir haben ein sehr schönes, sauberes und ansprechendes Haus und ein gepflegtes Grundstück vorgefunden.Es war auch kein Problem die Fahrräder einzuschließen.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen in Bernau. Der Kontakt mit Frau Flemming war auch sehr angenehm.

Tolles Ferienhaus zum entspannen

Wir haben den Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen, es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, schöne ruhige Gegend. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.
