On arrival, you will discover on the ground floor a convenient entrance airlock, equipped with a coat rack, shoe storage and a washing machine.
A staircase will then take you to the main floor, where there is a cosy living room and a cosy dining room. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped to allow you to cook with ease.
The accommodation has three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy to each occupant.
Each bedroom is also equipped with roller shutters, for better comfort and optimal darkness.
The exteriors are currently being developed, but you can already enjoy a terrace with garden furniture and a pleasant outdoor space.

The car park is located in front of the wooden screens
