About this property

On the hill of Puig Sec are several villas, houses and other holiday homes. Casa Bel Coll is a holiday home on top of the hill in an impasse. There is a private driveway with parking for 3 cars. Casa Bel Coll is situated directly to the forest. From its terrace there is a panorama over the forest to the sea! In the backyard, there is the private pool. From the terrace one can keep a close eye on the playing children at the pool. The holiday home hosts three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bathrooms each have a shower and a toilet. In 2 of the bedrooms there are double beds and the third bedroom has two bunk beds. Casa Bel Coll has no need for a sofabed to make it an eight-person holiday home. Two families with four children can have a fine holiday. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, there is a microwave and an oven. Dirty laundry goes into the washing machine.
In the living room is a flat screen TV with satellite reception (Flamish tv) and a stereo to listen to music. In the garden is a stone barbecue. Enjoy a delicious meal at the dining table in the garden or on the terrace. Enjoy the lights of the Montgó through the trees.
Casa Bel Coll really is a perfect place for lovers of calm, sun and the Costa Brava!

Ein schöner Ort

Wir haben uns in dem gepflegten, liebevoll gestalteten und gut ausgestattetem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. L´Escala ist ein wunderbarer Ausgangsort für tolle Unternehmungen in der Nähe. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Strände und Landschaft haben uns beeindruckt. Nicht nur das Dali-Museum in Figueres ist ein Muss… Ein Vorschlag sei gestattet: Das Wäschepaket dürfte gerne etwas üppiger ausfallen.

We rent holidayhomes in L'Escala, l'Estartit en Pals. L'Escala is especially crowded in the summer but we like to promote it also outside the main season. There is so much more to do here than lie on the beach. Cultural and sporting activities, this is a very diverse environment. Try it out!

Why they chose this property

Located 20 minutes walk from the beautiful Bay of Montgo and its lovely sandy beach. The boardwalk at the beach is lively with nice cafes and restaurants. The historic center of L'Escala is also nearby and is always fun to visit. Next to l'Escala are the famous excavations of Empúries. These are very worthwhile to see. If you like horseback riding is also possible that there is an equestrian center at the entrance of the village boundary. Culturally, there is much to do, Figueres, with its Museo de Dalí, Girona with its beautiful cathedral and a little further course Barcelona with Gaudi.
On the sporting field, there is also much to do. Water sports at sea as canoes, jet skis, scuba diving or snorkeling. [b]Excellent[ b] bike paths to the beach of Sant Pere Pescador where one can kitesurf, windsurf or just enjoy the sunshine.
Is golf more your thing? There are several 18-hole golf clubs around L'Escala in all price ranges.
How about going skiing for a day? The Vallter2000 resort is only 120 km away from L'Escala! Mountain biking is more your thing? Green trails abound. Yet more of the road bike? Have fun at the many ways behind the Bay of Roses. Moreover Girona Airport is 40 minutes from L'Escala, so a week with car rental offseason is easy to do!
