The property has lots of space, one car garage, and is less than a minute walk to the ocean. The Rooftop balcony provides 360 degree views including competition hill. Great place to relax with friends and family. The property has all new appliances and a full kitchen. No cats allowed, and there is an additional fee of $10 USD per night per dog.
