PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This beautiful villa with six 4 * apartments is located in Borik (pine forest), a very beautiful and quiet district of the beautiful city of Rovinj in Istria. The villa was built in 2017 and offers 6 modern apartments of different sizes.
It is about 2.5 kilometers from the old town of Rovinj; a small supermarket is very close to the house and the beach is only a 2-3 minute walk; the beach itself consists of pebbles and stone; Here you will find cafes, ice cream, restaurants, snack bars, games and sports facilities.

The area invites to long bike rides or hikes, such as the Lim Fjord and its karst caves, which eats a bit north on a length of about 10 km to the mainland. Even walks in the old town of Rovinj are especially popular in the evening. The nearest beaches are well maintained, offer plenty of shady places and have good food.

The arrival and departure is from late June to early September only on Saturdays or Sundays possible with a minimum rental period of 1 week. A holiday in this house will give you the recovery you need.

It is bright, furnished very nicely and provided with air-conditioning. This apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed (view at Rovinj's old town), a bathroom with shower, a living room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, water boiler, coffee maker, toaster) and a balcony/terrace from where one can enjoy the beautiful sea view. In front of the building for each apartment there is one parking place provided.
