Huge Beautiful Home sits on over an acre of land with plenty of room for social gatherings or private solitude. Home has private butterfly garden sitting behind waterfalls trickling into a koi pond.
Several outdoor seating areas. Situated across from park that sits on a beautiful fresh water lake with plenty of wildlife and two stunning white swans that live in the lake.
House has all the creature comforts of an estate home. Community is just two minutes from the intercostal waterways with parks and boat ramps.
