Beautiful Condo on the island of Sunset beach steps from the beach.

Welcome to Sunset Beach N.C. We hope you enjoy your stay. The condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath ( 1 king bed and 1 queen bed ) linens provided 4 person occupancy. The condo is updated including new LVF flooring throughout, new furnishings, and a new electric fireplace to mention a few. A well equipt kitchen including air-fryer nutribullet, crock pot and much more. Lots of local art works to enjoy that are just beautiful. There is a nice private balcony and a outside shower after a day at the beach (Labeled A). No parking worries for beach or pier you're only steps away. There are 2 parking spaces (Labeled A). We hope you enjoy your stay and love our home as much as we do. No golf carts allowed. No Saturday check ins. No pets of any kind allowed.

This was our third stay at this beautiful condo! It has everything that we need and more. We started coming to Sunset in 2015 and this is our favorite location to stay. It’s very clean and feels like home to us. Looking forward to many more years of making memories here! Thank you David for always making sure we are taken care of! Can’t wait for next year!

Beautiful Property Close to Beach

We had a great stay at this beautiful property - its an easy walk to Sunset Beach and the property was just as described. Has everything you need and more plus the AC works great (it was very hot!).

Great place to stay in Sunset Beach

Easy walk to the beach, pier, and local shops. Artfully decorated inside with nice touches throughout. Watch the sunrise and sunset from the beach. Don't forget to stroll down to the Kindred Spirit mailbox. You'll love staying here.
