Beautiful house with a pool, 1 hour and 15 minutes from Paris - Porte d'Orléans (A11, Exit 3.1)

Haven of peace at the gates of the Parc du Perche, 40 minutes from Chartres (museum, cathedral...), 30 minutes from Nogent le Rotrou (Castle of the Counts of Perche, La Borde leisure centre) Bonneval (little Venice of the Beauce) and Chateaudun (Foulon Caves, medieval castle, second-hand dealers' house), and 15 minutes from Illiers-Combray (train station, Marcel Proust museum) and Brou (summer night craft market), in a place called a few houses, very quiet, beautiful country house of 160m2 and its enclosed garden of 3500m2, with 6 bedrooms (sleeping 14), 2 toilets, 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom as well as a covered and heated swimming pool.

You will arrive by a small and very quiet road, first house at the entrance of the hamlet, the exteriors are entirely turned towards the garden and the fields, without real opposite. You will enjoy the entire property in complete privacy.

The house opens onto a large cathedral entrance with a beautiful staircase leading to the 5 bedrooms upstairs. A double door then leads into a large living room of 50m2 with open kitchen, fully equipped (oven, induction hob, fridge, small appliances, dishwasher) large dining table for 12 people (possibility of adding a side table to go up to 14 seats) and a lounge area with two large sofas, a TV.
The ground floor also includes a pretty double bedroom (bed 140 x 200) and its en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer, as well as a toilet, and finally, a large games room with table tennis and table football, opening onto the 10 x 4 m indoor swimming pool.

We provide bath mats, hand towels and kitchen towels for the whole house, included in the price.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with double beds (1 with a 140 x 200 bed and 2 with a 160 x 200 bed) and two modular dormitory rooms: in the first a bunk bed and a single bed all 90 x 200, in the 2nd, 1 single bed of 90 x 200, a single bed of 80 x 190 and a child bed of 70 x 160. It is possible to add an additional extra bed (90 x 200) in each room. Baby cot and high chair on request. A toilet, a shower room and a bathroom complete the floor.

The large 3500 m2 garden surrounding the house includes a barbecue and a children's play set with swings and slide. Sunbeds, garden furniture, outdoor table and chairs with parasol, football goal and badminton net are also available.

Towels and pool towels as well as bed linen are not included in the price. If necessary, a flat rate of €24 per double bed and €12 per single bed including a full set of sheets and a towel per person can be considered for each stay (per weekend or per week).

Cleaning is at your expense, but a cleaning fee is imposed for short rentals (€150) and is available on request. Cleaning the kitchen is always at your expense, dishwasher emptied, dishes put away and bin emptied.

Prices:

Off-season:
Short stays 400 € / nights, minimum 2 nights, + cleaning.
Weekly stays: 2200 € / week.

Summer period (July / August):
Short stays 450 € / nights, minimum 2 nights, + cleaning.
Weekly stays: 2200 € to 2400 € / week (see availability below)

Tourist tax included.
For weekends: arrival 5pm on Friday, departure 4pm max on Sunday.
For weeks, rental from Saturday to Saturday, arrival 5 pm, departure 11:00 am max.
