Freshly renovated house, in a cul-de-sac 100m from the Gulf of Morbihan, and the Gr34.
the front courtyard is totally enclosed, there is a terrace with garden furniture for lunch outside and sunbathing for rest. There are 5 steps to access the house.
Downstairs: Kitchen, Living room, 1 toilet with sink.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140*190) and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
A small beach on the Gulf is located 100m away, the ocean is about 8/10kms away.

A seulement quelques mètres du sentier longeant le Golfe, cette charmante maison est un lieu idéal pour visiter la région. De nombreuses plages sur l'océan sont accessibles à moins de 15 kms.Conforme à la description de l'annonce, le logement de Claude est confortable, très propre et joliment décoré. il dispose d'un atout majeur : le calme incroyable de son environnement ! Quel plaisir de diner le soir sur la terrasse sans aucune pollution sonore! (voitures, voisinage...) Juste le chant des oiseaux et le son de l'eau.Merci à Claude de nous avoir permis ce trop court séjour

Maison très agréable, très propre et bien équipée (merci pour les chaussons aquatiques ;), au calme dans l'impasse, et vraiment à 100 m de la plage comme précisé dans l'annonce !Accueil très sympa avec le cidre qui nous attendait au frais, encore merci !
