We were in Wichita for a week for a boxing tournament. We had stores and restaurants nearby. The house was nice, rooms were perfect for our party, living room area was comfortable. We had washer and dryer, which made it convenient. There was a beautiful, big park with a nice playground for the kids about a mile away. I'd stay here again, if and when we come back to Kansas.

Overall the property was good for the price. We did have someone show up that had also booked the property that had to ask for a refund. One end of the couch was broken and the kitchen was lacking in sufficient utensils/sheet pan/silverware/mixing bowls for cooking so we had to eat out instead of cooking the food we brought. Towels are located in the hall and would be better if there were more if you are staying with a large group and staying more than one day. Light bulb out in the bedroom to the left of the bathroom. Does have a grill that hasn’t been used in a long time and needs propane. Overall, it was a quiet neighborhood and was easy to find. The beds were comfortable. It was a good stay for the value. Just a few minor improvements needed with double booking, towels, and kitchen needs.

Overnight stay

We came in town for the Eorld of Outlaws sprintcar race and needed a place to stay over night. Found a great place! Beds were very comfortable and house very clean. Didnt expect much for a one night stay but this was grea great.

Overnight in Wichita

I stayed here for 1 night for work. I enjoyed the neighborhood and the comfort of the house. I played guitar on the front porch after dark which was lovely.
