Striving for Allergy Free ~ Stress Free Environment!

When you enter, you are walking into a Home that is nicely furnished and stocked with everything you need as if it were your own “Home Away” from Home! More importantly, it is Norwex cleaned “Chemical free” from the laundry standpoint to the products used for proper cleaning. “Shoes off” policy eliminates many of the contaminates from entering in the home also. The environment is animal and smoke free also. This allows Anyone to be able to stay safely and comfortably within the Home. Tracey will show you around the house quickly and you are left with the privacy of the whole property surrounded by horses on this 1 acre lot that sits on the north end of Wichita with easy access to the interstate to get you quickly to any part of town within 15 minutes with no traffic. Plenty of parking Available. The back covered deck is a favorite spot to sit during the growing seasons overlooking the established perennial garden and beyond it are horses you can view and a lawn large enough to enjoy outdoor activities! The hottub is Available for rent for a one time fee during your stay of $25 upon arrival and a signed waiver. Tracey has earned Super Host all quarters on a different site also and is excited to join Home Away 2019 / now VRBO to attract more guests that may be traveling through or to Wichita, Ks! Opened Home & Hosting since 2018 🦋 Hope to meet you soon!!!

The kitchen was outfitted with everything we could imagine needing! And was attractive and homey. Our toddlers had everything they needed, from bedding to toys to toddler chairs! It was a great home for a family gathering.

Great find if you want a tranquil setting. We loved the deck and outdoor sitting spaces, nice areas for walks, and roomy kitchen for cooking. Owner lives nearby and was great about communicating and making us feel right at home!

The home is very warm and inviting. My hosts were attentive, putting much thought into the details of a home away from home. The hot tub was a real treat to enjoy after a busy day. It feels like being in a cabin "in the woods" as my granddaughter said, yet close to city amenities. I highly recommend this property for your Wichita stay.

First time in Wichita

Secluded, quiet neighborhood and private, quiet home. Seemed like we were well out of town, but it was close to highway and close to town so that we could get anywhere we wanted easily. Great communication with host.

Wonderful place!

Just a short drive to downtown! This place has everything that you will need. Clean and comfortable inside, and a peaceful back yard to just sit and relax.

Feels remote but close to Wichita

Great, clean place just outside of town. Grocery store very close by. Great hostess with everything you could ever need. Had a nice time. Very comfy beds.

Great place!

This house is on a dead-end road in a very quiet neighborhood. It was equipped with everything we needed for a weekend stay. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and soaking in the hot tub. Tracey is a really great host and was quickly available when we needed something. Highly recommend!

Hospitality at its best!

My husband and two friends had a quick overnight stay while passing through instead of getting a hotel. Tracey, the owner couldn't have been better and more accommodating. The house is very clean, the beds were comfortable and it had all the amenities they needed. The house was on the end of a quiet road and they were able to easily access the highway to continue on their travels. Highly recommend and can't say enough good things about the Host, Tracey! She is amazing!

Tracey was an amazing host. She was very quick to answer her phone and answer any questions that I had. The house was exactly as described in the listing. The grounds at the back porch was a very wonderful place to drink my coffee and enjoy the surroundings. The hot tub was drained and refilled upon my arrival which was very comforting. The pecan cinnamon rolls that were delivered exactly at the time requested kept them warm and delicious. I will most definitely stay there again when I’m in the Wichita area. Thx for an excellent stay Tracy.

Quiet retreat

The house was beautiful, clean, well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The showers were great. Great place to relax on the back patio or to take a walk in the quiet neighborhood. No night traffic noise.

Fourth of July Cousin Weekend

My husband and I stayed at Tracey's lovely VRBO and visited with our cousins. We hosted a cookout and used the BBQ grill and Tracey's lovely dishes! I definitely would stay there again and highly recommend it to others!

Paradise off the beaten path

Beautiful property secluded from all the busyness of town but close enough to get wherever you want to go quickly this rental property has a rustic feel for down home good family entertainment.. plenty of room to stretch out and relax with a hot tub to relax those sore muscles after a long day of shopping or wandering around the zoo.. I cannot say enough great things about the owners of this property and the links that they go to to make your stay enjoyable and feel like a home away from home

Wedding trip

House was large enough for our group. We were there very little because of all the activities we had planned surrounding my brother’s wedding. While we were there, it was room and easy to access to from the major roads. The yard is inviting. A shaded oasis. Nice quiet place.

Wonderful Retreat

Quite clean, great interior with comfortable beds and all of the appliances work great. We enjoyed watching a movie in the plush living room. Also enjoyed the hot tub. The outside is natural and the home is situated at a lightly traveled end of a street. Owner was helpful, friendly, hospitable, and kind. Rolls were delicious!
