Relax by fire pit - Walk to Lake

Comfortable & stylish! Our place is ideal for anyone traveling with family, on business or just a relaxing vacation! Walk to Lake Lewisville! Newer appliances, light & bright with open layout minutes from Little Elm Beach, boat launch, Knotting Hill Place wedding venue and about 15 minutes from Fortunata Winery. Private primary bedroom offers desk for your business needs. WiFi, smart TV's, washer, dryer & covered patio with outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs that's a beautiful space to sit and enjoy some relaxing time. We have everything you need onsite! Towels, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker and many more items for the chef in your group!

Our kitchen is loaded with all you should need, however if you have a question about a specific item just message us. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash so you don’t have to bring it with you! As well as towels and all linens. We also provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels. Master tub may be used but the jets are not operational at this time.

We have wifi internet for your convenience. We have board games located in the bottom right TV console drawer. The yard is not fenced and we do not provide fire wood. Please plan to bring your own including starters (no lighter fluid).

Our property is a 3 bedroom two bathroom beautiful home located in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of lake Lewisville. The primary room has a king bed as well as a twin pull out couch. The master bath has a walk in shower and a tub may be used but the jets are not operational at this time. One guest room has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. Other guest room a queen bed. Living room has a queen size pull out couch bed.

Please note maximum capacity is a strict 10 people with no more than 5 vehicles. Violate any house rules and exceeding this number of guests at any time will result in eviction and a $1,000 charge whether there is damage or not.

Any personal items left behind will be donated after 30 days if not claimed. If we need to mail something to you we are happy to however there will be a $20 charge in addition to the shipping fee.

We will be available by text or phone during your stay. We live close by and also offer in-person support when needed. Exterior security cameras present on the front of the house and garage area outward facing towards the road.
