We are a home and would love our guests also to feel the same. We appreciate you taking time to go over the rules and thankvyou for respecting and caring for our home.

1. Garage & One closet are not included in your rental.
2. Please do not set AC below 68 degrees especially in summer as it may lead to potential system freeze and equipment damage. Fans are provided to keep all the rooms cool.
3. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Noise must be kept to a minimum, as this is a quiet neighborhood and we love our neighbors. If it is evident you are having a party, you will be asked to leave immediately.
4. Our house is Smoke-Free (including electronic cigarettes). Thank you for not smoking. A deodorizing fee of $300 will be charged if smoke odor is detected.
5. Occupancy limit for the house is set at a maximum of 10 persons (adults and children). Please help us comply with City code regulations.
5. All guests must be registered before check-in, Non-registered guests are not permitted. Violation of this rule will result in loss of deposit and party be asked to leave the premises.
6. If you have friends/ family visiting you at the property, please let us know in advance.
7. Host is not responsible for any personal items left behind. If the item is recovered, we will be glad to return it at your expense.
8. Anything found unsuitable about the property (cleanliness, missing blankets etc,) should be reported immediately to your host and given reasonable time to rectify.
9. We reserve the right to enter the property during business hours to fix any unforeseen maintenance or essential tasks.
10. We are committed to Comfort, Communication and Cleanliness. Please inspect the property upon check-in and do not hesitate to notify us should you find anything unacceptable.
11. There are exterior cameras located at the front door and garage door for safety of our tenants, occupancy numbers and for the security of the neighborhood. All cameras are pointing away from the home and are in public view.
12. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness or loss of personal items of any guest.
13. Person who Booked the property is 100% responsible during the stay. We appreciate your honesty and straightforwardness about any damages.
14. Please do not move furniture around.
15. No refunds after 1 hour of checking-in.
16. Any violation of the house rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property with no refund.
