The 3 in 1 game table can find you playing a game of pool, ping pong, or enjoying a meal with your companions. You may find yourself enjoying a game of darts, or a game of poker. There are plenty of board games for the travelers of all ages. The hightop table is the perfect place to set up a work station shall we be traveling for work.

The stunning Chef’s kitchen features a contemporary design + offers a large quartz kitchen island with seating for 6. Additional seating for dinning can be found in the game room. The stocked kitchen hosts a refrigerator/freezer, induction stove top and oven, microwave, dishwasher and is accompanied with all the tools you need to throw a gourmet meal together. Relax in the morning with a cup of coffee from the stocked coffee bar, or pull a drink from the beverage fridge.

Four bedrooms and two full bathrooms make this home the perfect retreat for large and small families, groups, and couples. The master suite features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, the third bedroom features a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom features two double beds. All bedrooms are equipped with large smart TVs for your viewing pleasure and closets + dressers for all your things. The hall bathroom is appointment with a shower and tub combo. Guests continually compliment the home on the plush and comfortable beds.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

-No large gatherings/ parties.
-No loud noises on the property, the home is located in a residential neighborhood. Be courteous of the neighbors! Please observe noise ordinance quiet time from 9pm to 8am.
-The home has decibel level monitoring devices and exterior security cameras.
-No pets on property, there is a $500 penalty for pets brought onto the property without permission.
~No smoking inside of the property, or anywhere near outdoor furniture. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
-Please park in the garage, or drive way: please no curbside parking.
-Check in time is at 4:00 PM
-Check out time is 11:00 AM
-Early Check in and late checkouts may be available at no additional charge dependent on availability.
-Booking guest must be at least 25 years of age.

Please note that the home has regularly scheduled maintenance workers for the yard and hot tub whom have access to the outdoor spaces. Please note the low setting on the thermostat is 73 degrees during summer months.
