An ideal fully equipped holiday home in the countryside for families, couples and friends to discover and enjoy Tuscany. Quiet, Lucca and Pisa can be reached in the countryside in a few minutes.

The "Casa Bella Toscana" is an elaborately restored farmhouse with all desirable modern comfort.

Where Lucca borders the provinces, Pisa, Pistoia and Florence, the Casa is located at the foot of the Pisan Mountains, in the medieval town of Castelvecchio, whose origins go back to Etruscan times. Embedded in a beautiful hilly landscape, between the green olive oil road and famous medicinal water springs.
Sunrise with a direct view of the Castello, in the evening the sun melts with a beautiful sunset in the WWF protected lake and the Apuan Alps.
The huge garden of 12,000 square meters offers unique relaxation. Dive into the pool (13x8m) or sunbathe on the loungers. Barbecue salsicce, fish and Fiorentina steaks on the cozy terrace and eat under the shady pavilion or have a siesta ...
The living unit is divided into three floors, living space about 130 square meters.
Entrance from the sea side. On the ground floor there is next to the kitchen and laundry room (including Washing machine & dryer), the camellia toilet with rain shower. An archway leads to the country-style, rustic dining room with chestnut wood furniture, cotto floor and wooden beam ceilings. A double door leads to the terrace, pergola and the garden. A cypress road leads to the pool.
The elegant living room with French awaits you on the first floor. Balcony, Carrara marble floor and Venetian stucco walls. Relax on the sofas, watch TV, listen to music, read or play board games ...
The top floor is via a panoramic staircase incl. To reach the lake view. Here are two beautiful double bedrooms with wooden built-in wardrobes, a separate large bathroom with shower and an en-suite including toilet and washing facilities. All beds have very comfortable mattresses. The single beds can be strung together in double occupancy and with single occupancy one bed can disappear under the other. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, in the other rooms perfect temperature conditions because the house still has the once thick walls.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit. Eine komplett ausgestattete Wohnung mit liebevollen Details, sehr umfangreichem Küchenequipment, tollem Pool in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die beiden Katzen Garfield und Willy gehörten schnell mit zur Familie:-). Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin Miriam, die uns auch einige Insidertipps gab.

Ruhe und Entspannung pur.

Ich konnte mit meiner Familie eine wunderschöne Woche in der Wohnung von Miriam verbringen! Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Sie ist geräumig, sauber, und gut gelegen. Der Kontakt zu Miriam hat wunderbar funktioniert und sie hat uns auch während des Urlaubs Tipps gegeben. Auch der außenbereich mit dem Pool ist sehr gut gepflegt und sauber somit konnten wir eine wunderschöne Woche in der Toskana verbringen. Gerne wieder. Danke Miriam!

Wonderful place to stay in Tuscany

This was an excellent place to rest and enjoy the peaceful setting, as well as a good place to get around to some Tuscan destinations. I'm very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend! We are American and a family of four. Miriam is a wonderful host. She was communicative before our stay, always very friendly and helpful. During our stay, she was available by phone, but typically did not answer, but rather called me back within an hour. She has a binder of information about the house and policies, which answered almost all of our questions. Very organized! There are two cats on the property, one of which can enter the house through a (lockable) cat-door. Be aware for allergies that a cat has been in the house (mostly tile floors makes this effect minimal). There is one full bath on the first floor, and 1.5 baths on the third floor. (I did not use the 1st floor shower). The half bath is up two additional steps from the bedroom and it is the only bathroom with an American style toilet seat. The water heat and pressure in the shower was excellent. The shower head is detachable. The living room has 2 loveseats and a large screen with projector for movies. (only one of the loveseats faces the screen). The road leading in is about 3 minutes on single lane with many turns. You are limited to 1 trash bag per week, and must separate and recycle everything else. Shallow end of pool is 3-4ft depending how full. 3ft for us. The views and property are so beautiful!

Ein traumhafter Urlaub für die ganze Familie

Die Überschrift sagt eigentlich schon alles, obwohl man es fast nicht in Worte fassen kann. Die Immobilie und das Grundstück entsprechen zu 100 % der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Ruhe und Lage sind einzigartig. Der Pool ist das wahre Highlight. Eine Umgebung, die für jeden Geschmack etwas bietet. Die Landschaft ist toll und jeder Tag läd zu neuen Entdeckungen ein oder zu einem gemütlichen und entspannten Pool - Tag. Hier wird für jeden etwas geboten. Schöne Stunden am Sand - oder Steinstrand, ein Ausflug in die Berge, Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren, kleine Dörfer oder Städte besuchen, Sightseeingtouren in Pisa oder Florenz, Kultur und und und. Da findet sich für jeden Geschmack etwas. Mit dem Auto ist alles zügig zu erreichen, da die Lage der Immobilie sehr zentral ist. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Dazu die kleine Terrasse, das große schön gepflegte Grundstück und Kater Willi runden den Aufenthalt ab. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen sind prima und so kann man auch bei höheren Temperaturen wunderbar schlafen. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und in das wunderschöne Haus/ Grundstück verliebt. Liebe Myriam, vielen Dank für alles. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
