Great place for great vacation

We had a wonderful vacation, and the property contibuted a lot to that.It is perfectly located between Lucca, Pisa and the beaches (like for example Marina Torre beach). A Coop supermarket is in walking distance, and a few restaurants are nearby (I can recommend for example the Ristorante Pizzeria da Mary or the Ristorante Pizzeria Bellavista.The house is in great condition and had everything we needed. The landlord, Licia, was very helpful and friendly, so I can very much recommend this place.

Perfect Home for Families

Perfect for two families. Very nice house with everything you need. Great garden to let the dog run and to play with the kids. And a very perfect service for the pool. All in all absolutely recommendable. Thanks to Licia and Fabrizio!!!

Wir hatten ein schönes Ferienhaus mit eigenen abgeschlossenen Garten und Carport.Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Den Strand erreicht man in ca.15min.Und Pisa auch.Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Super maison avec tout le confort et même plus Belle piscine ,baby-foot , de très belle chambres avec une très bonne literie ,un super séjour et 2 cuisines ,une très belle déco ,des belles attentions déjà en arrivant une bouteille et des biscuits nous attendait nous avons reçu un sac de charbon de bois pour le barbecue et Licia qui m’a trouvé un docteur qui est venu à la maison pour m’enlever mes fil Un séjour qui est passé trop vite tellement on était bien

Siamo stati 3 notti in occasione del Lucca comics, ed il prezzo della casa è rimasto relativamente basso rispetto ad altri posti che fanno levitare i costi per l'evento. La casa è pulitissima ed accogliente, la signora Lucia è sempre stata disponibile ed accomodante anche negli orari di check-in e check-out. Ritornerei volentieri!

Toller Urlaub in der Toscana im September

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen im Ferienhaus, bei dem alles gestimmt hat. Insbesondere der frühmorgendliche Hauswichtel, den wir nie gesehen oder gehört haben, war großartig. Er hat unserem Pool gesäubert, unseren Müll entsorgt und nach Starkregen wieder für Strom auf der Terrasse gesorgt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war tadellos und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den tollen Garten genossen. Auch unser Hund fand das großartig, denn er konnte gefahrlos frei laufen. Pisa, Viareggio, Lucca und der Strand sind in 20 Autominuten zu erreichen.

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Rustig gelegen. Airco en zwembad waren meer dan welkom gezien de hete temperaturen. Netjes onderhouden en alles voor een succesvolle vakantie is aanwezig. Ideaal gelegen om Pisa, Lucca, Firenze en de zee te bezoeken. In de onmiddellijke buurt vind je voldoende aan winkels en restaurants om niet telkens de auto te hoeven nemen voor een lange rit;

Tolles Ferienhaus nahe Pisa und Lucca

Wir waren 2 Familien mit 8 Personen im Haus. Im Untergeschoss wäre ein Tür vorteilhaft gewesen. Wir konnten wunderbar auf der überdachten Terrasse essen. Poolliegen, Sonnenschirm, großer Pool und Garten konnten wir nutzen sowie 2 Küchen standen zur Verfügung. Abends und manche Nacht haben uns die bellenden Hunde gestört, die um das Haus leben. Sonst war es sehr ruhig. Die Bushaltestelle ist zu Fuß erreichbar um nach Pisa zu kommen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Pizzeria direkt an der Haltestelle. Geschmacklich und preislich 5 Sterne! Wir würden es für eine Familie weiterempfehlen, da das Haus ziemlich hellhörig ist. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen um die Gegend zu kennenzulernen und Pisa und Lucca zu besuchen. Beide Städte sind lohnenswert.

Un charmant point de chute pour une belle semaine en Toscane

Nous avons passés une semaine en famille pour visiter la région. Le logement de Licia est très bien situé, fonctionnel et l'accueil a été parfait. Nous recommandons ce logement. Les enfants ont adorés et les parents également

Trevligt hus för familj och vänner

Huset var trevligt och låg i ett lugnt område. Värden var mycket hjälpsam och vi fick bra tips för vår vistelse.

Nice holiday in Tuscany

We booked this house for a family vacation with a group of 6 adults. The house is clean and well equipped, also in case you want to cook something by yourselves. You can visit Pisa, Lucca and some nice beaches in 15-20 minutes. A supermarket is close (less than 500m) and a small and cheap fruit shop is also nearby. The host and her family are very kind and friendly. She gave us good recommendations for some trips as well as for good restaurants. She and her husband helped us also in case of problems with our car which was a really big help for us. Clear recommendation from us, the whole family enjoyed the stay!
