The house is built on a slope and has a wonderful view over the olive and wine landscape to the sea and Porec. The area is wooded with holm oak and offers a lot of nature. You can go cycling or hiking in the Mediterranean area directly from the house.
House
In front of the house are your private parking spaces. The modern house has a cloakroom in the entrance area. Three tastefully furnished double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with shower, toilet and bidet are located on the upper floor of the house.
A staircase leads to the cozy living and dining area with a separate toilet, fireplace and satellite TV.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer and tea towels.
The bright living-dining area leads to the large terrace with fantastic sea views and via a staircase to the sun terrace with its own pool and into the garden. The well-kept garden has a nice covered grill.

Porec is a well-known tourist town with many cultural monuments and a wide range for everyone who loves sports. Here you will find numerous restaurants, cafes and a well-kept beach that is suitable for children of all ages. Sunbathing areas and shady trees, lounger rental and showers on the beach make the bathing day relaxing.

The spacious house is located in the small town of Kastelir in a quiet residential area.

The infrastructure of the place is good. Supermarket with baker and butcher, hairdresser and bar are at the end of the village. A small grocery store (where you can also buy your rolls for breakfast) and restaurants are within walking distance.
