Villa Manovel is a traditional holiday home with pool, located only 17 km from the city of Porec and beautiful beaches.

The house was renovated in 2016 and is located on its own fully fenced plot. Guests have at their disposal an outdoor pool of 32 sqm, a covered terrace with seating, a trampoline, a table football table, a jacuzzi, 4 parking spaces and a barbecue.



Villa Manovel for 8 people with a total area of 128 sqm consists of two separate units. In the first unit we find a living room, a kitchen, a dining table, a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor we find two double bedrooms, one of them with private bathroom and access to the terrace. In the second unit on the first floor we find a living room, a kitchen, a dining table. On the second floor there is a double room with private bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Schöne Unterkunft mit großem Garten Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen, ein geräumiges Haus, ideal für einen Familienurlaub (8 Per.), schöner Pool in einem großen Garten. Mit dem Auto 25-30 Minuten zum Meer. Das Grundstück liegt in einem kleinen, ruhigen Örtchen. Ein paar kleinigkeiten haben gefehlt, welche aber vom Vermieter innerhalb eines Tages gebracht wurden. Man muss siche bewusst sein, dass man sowohl für Einkäufe, als auch für einen Restaurantbesuch ein Auto benötigt. Insgesamt zu empfehlen.

Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles lief problemlos. Der einzige kleine Mangel ist das die meisten Pfannen sehr zerkratz und nicht wirklich brauchbar waren. Abgesehen davor war die Ausstattung top und es hat an nicht gemangelt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen. Danke für die Zeit bei Ihnen.
