This 3 level A-frame Mountain house is perfect for large family gatherings, sleeps 15. There is a great room and dining room combo with big windows showing the beautiful views of the woods and wildlife. There is a separate game room/den downstairs with a Frig and wet bar, full size pool table. A new 7 person hot tub on patio next to the fire pit. There are 2 indoor gas fireplaces and lots of beautiful woodwork. Each floor has a full bathroom. The home is within walking distance to the private beach and comes with 10 beach passes during the season. Split Rock Lodge and their new H2O park is a 5 minute drive. Split Rock also features a golf course, movie theatre, video arcade, gym and tons to enjoy all year round. Just 3 miles to Jack Frost and 2 miles to Big Boulder. Jim Thorpe is 20-25 mins away. Private back yard with a new private Pickleball court backing up to wooded space with horseshoes and fire pit (bring your own wood). Fast Wi-Fi. 6 Bedroom. House has 5 steps to get into the main floor (1 bedroom) Bottom floor has 3 bedrooms and top floor has 2 bedrooms
NO PROM GROUPS ID required. We supply bedding for the beds. Towels and hand towels NOT included New Private Pickleball Court with net paddles and balls. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11 am Early arrival and late check out is available upon request at a rate of $25 per hour. Must be 25 years or older. We allow two dogs up to 40lbs in weight each dog, no cats.

I can not recommend this place enough! The house is in a great location and very accessible to the restaurants and bars in Lake Harmony. It’s a very charming place and all guests can sleep comfortably. Davis was an awesome host who was very attentive and made our stay a 10/10.

Our stay in Lake Harmony was a great family vacation! The house was very accommodating. The pool table, and hot tub were a big hit. Kids loved the 3 levels, having their own space, and playing together throughout the house. Adults had space to enjoy different games/activities, all while kids were doing the same in different areas throughout. Close proximity restaurants, with Piggy’s being a must go for breakfast, just up the block.

This was the perfect ski weekend. I rented this same house about 3 years ago and seeing the recent upgrades from the new owner made this place so much better. We still had the classic charm of a mountain house with updated decor, bedding, and amenities. We can't wait to come back!

Such a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely adorable and decorated for Christmas which added to its charm. Plenty of space for 11 people to comfortably sit and hangout. The house is very nicely decorated - A frame houses are very hard to get the internal architecture done well. This house did it very well. I love how much character it has. We loved the Christmas decorations since we’re here so close to Christmas for skiing. We all loved how comfortable the mattresses are. There were 12 us … all adults and we did not feel cramped at all. We had 5 cars and were very happy how the driveway could accommodate us - even though the area had a ton of snow lately.

This house is just gorgeous. It is warm and cozy and so beautifully decorated for the holidays. We were a group of 9 plus a dog ages from 80 to 9. Everyone loved the house. The hot tub was awesome and spotlessly clean. The pool table and axe throwing was a huge hit with the kids. The only thing we did not use was the pickleball due to the snow but it looked great. The beds were super comfy and the linens were really nice quality which I appreciated very much. The kitchen was very pleasant to cook in. I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This home was perfect for hosting our first women's retreat, something we hope to make an annual event. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and more than enough room to accommodate the 6 of us. This time of year was beautiful, morning yoga on the pickleball court was amazing, and we all enjoyed ending our night with a fire and smores. I'd highly recommend this house to anyone looking for the perfect Poconos getaway.

It was such a peaceful and beautiful place. Enough space for everyone to have their own time. We were able to meet some lovely neighbors and even see a bear and a couple of deer. My favorite part was the walk to the lake. Plan to visit again.
