Holiday cottage for 4 people (attached to the owner’s house) comprising a private car park (for several cars), a covered terrace, a kitchen/living room, 1 bedroom with a double bed (on the ground floor), a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet and 2 bedrooms (with double beds) on the first floor, with a private swimming pool available exclusively to guests staying in the holiday cottage (10 x 5 metres with a diving board – depth: 1.20 m at the shallow end and 2.5 m at the diving board end) set in 9,000 m² of grounds featuring dozens of oak and olive trees. The gîte is situated 2.5 km from Cotignac, where you’ll find 25 restaurants and shops. There’s a supermarket 1 kilometre from the gîte. The gîte is an hour’s drive from the coast, 30 minutes from Lake Sainte-Croix (Gorges du Verdon) and 15 minutes from a river suitable for canoeing and kayaking.
