Private home on a large lot 5 min to downtown Newberg, local wineries and downtown Dundee. Large home with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for guests to relax after a day at the wineries.
3 bed 3 bath. 2 bedrooms are en-suite. 2 living rooms, gym, playroom for the kids. Outdoor deck with picnic table, gas BBQ and gas heater. Fenced backyard.

Lots of wineries close by, and wine tour options available. Tired of wine? check out the local breweries in the area.
Excellent restaurants in Newberg and Dundee. 5 min to spa options including the Allison Spa. Lots of local hiking trails near by.
Close to Rogers Landing, a place to kayak, paddle board, launch a boat.
Enjoy the local farms for berry picking in the summer and pumpkin patches in the fall with the kids. Go Antiquing in our local stores and in nearby Aurora.

Fab stay and superb host

Claire is an incredible host who went above and beyond is sorting things for our family including organising a birthday meal for our son. A beautiful home and we loved staying there during our time in wine country.

We are a family of 4 who live in this home part time and rent it out part time. We love Newberg and the surrounding areas. Cooking and wine are our passion. Our 2 small kids love all the space they have indoors and outdoors and all the options to explore the local neighbourhood.

Why they chose this property

You can enjoy the best of both worlds, close to 2 vibey downtown areas but you have the feeling and privacy of being in a country setting. Plenty of space to spread out and enough to keep all ages happy and relaxed.
