This place is a great alternative to a hotel. Clean, quiet and conveniently located near the Marine Corps Base Quantico, shopping, highway 95 and other local conveniences. Stayed for 10 nights and had all the conveniences of an apartment. Hosts were very quiet and made my stay perfect.

Hello Ms. Asante. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to host you and for your feedback regarding your stay. We regret that you did not have an extra blanket; I really wish you asked for it or requested the temperature to be adjusted. We provided only 2 bedspreads and bed sheets for the 4 of you as you only had 2 beds to share. Please, accept our apologies for the inconvenience you seem to have experienced. Thank you.

I stayed here for 3 months. The 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment with a living room and small kitchen was very clean. The kitchen had all the small appliances and kitchen supplies available for use. There is a dedicated parking spot and private entrance to the apartment. The host was very pleasant and attentive. The host communicated well and always quick to answer. Quiet neighborhood. This location is very close to the I95 and within minutes from the Marine Base in Quantico Virginia. Highly recommend.

Perfect for small group

This was nice, remodeled and clean. It’s a side entrance, finished basement but plenty of privacy. Owners communicated well and nice simple little place to stop on a trip.

Apartment was easy to find and very clean. Host responded promptly to all communication and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Great for couples or singles and had everything we needed for our brief stay. Thermostat is controlled from upstairs, but host adjusted as needed.

Perfect location and great place to stay

Perfect location and great place to stay! Very clean and perfect for what we needed it for. I forgot my hair dryer and Alphonse offered to mail it to me at no extra cost to me. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. Only issue was that on the amenities it says hot tub but there wasn't one. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Quantico.

I was very happy with this basement unit as i was working at Prince William Forest Park. Alphonse is a thoughful owner and asked me on more than one occasion if everything was okay and if there might be anything I might need. Highly recommend this property for any stay near Washington, DC.
