Clean and comfortable stay and the house was very secure. Was pet friendly sorta. Didn't know until the day we were to arrive that animals were not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Info about pets, to include the fact that they are not allowed on furniture or beds, is located in our house rules when booking the home. I reiterate it in the check in info sent 24 hours for those who failed to read the house rules. If you just found out that they were not allowed on furniture or beds with the check in info, it is likely due to the fact that you did not read all info prior to booking. We make the home as pet friendly as possibly but due to other guests booking our home who do not have pets, we ensure it is a clean stay for all. Sad that you left a 4 star review due to not reading the house rules thoroughly as the info was there before your booking.

Love, love, LOVED! Spacious backyard which the doggo loved, hot tub was fantastic, everything was clean. Host was quick to reapond when I had a question. Country feel with the chickens close by in the neighbors yard. We loved sitting on the back porch all day long. Close by to anything we need. Would stay here everytime hubby works in the area if possible. Ps, don't sleep on Montclair diner 10 minutes up the road.

The property is beautiful and cozy and perfectly ideal. The host communicated with me quickly and answered all my questions. If I could give a million stars I would. The host went above and beyond for me and my family. My son forgot his gift shop items from a local museum. As we live far away, turning back would have been a lot! The host mailed us the gift shop items and we are truly grateful. Highly recommend this host and this property.

I had some last minute travel and was so lucky that I came across this great place! The great communication made everything a breeze, which took a lot of stress away from having to plan last minute. The house is clean and comfortable (cozy) with very thoughtful amenities. It is situated in a very quiet area. I got a really good, peaceful vibe in the house. Couldn’t ask for more from my experience staying.

We spent a couple of days taking in Virginia’s Civil War battlefields with this property as our home base. It was well-located, quiet, and comfy. Our pup enjoyed the fenced in backyard and fell in love with the dog next door. Great place to stay.

We had a great overnight stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Loved relaxing in the hot tub, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having K-cups for our morning coffee. Would definitely stay again!

The home is very quaint, cute and welcoming. Comfortable beds, and all amenities listed worked well. We had a great time and the neighborhood was so quiet. We felt like we were alone. The hot tub is exquisite, especially on a freezing cold night

We had a very nice month-long stay in this very cozy cottage. The location is nice and quiet, and our dog loved the fenced yard where she could run around and play. The beds were also nice and comfortable, which is particularly important when you have as long a stay as we did! And our host was very responsive to all of our questions. I can highly recommend this cottage and would happily stay there again should the need arise again in the future.

Home was ok. Very busy area, loud outside (cars revving engines near by all day/night, construction all over, chickens next door with roosters). Fenced yard is nice, however a privacy fence would be more enjoyable. Beds were doubles. Nicely updated home. Hot tub worked fine. Fire pit was nice, host confirmed/provided firewood.

You are the first to complain about noise. Most guests have enjoyed themselves and found it to be a fairly quiet area. The fenced yard is shown on the photos which does not include a “privacy fence”. I verified you enjoyed your stay which you said you and your guests did, but then you complain on a review. Nice.

Wonderful Stay

Our stay here was perfect. The house is so charming and the location is great. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. My dogs loved the fenced in backyard. Check in was easy and communication with the host was very pleasant. I cannot recommend this house enough.

Wonderful Stay

This cottage was perfect for our needs. We were attending an event in Manassas and this was a great location. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Our dogs greatly enjoyed the large, fenced yard. The owner was very responsive and check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend.

Great location in quiet neighborhood!

This home is exactly as pictured. The large fenced backyard was wonderful for our two dogs. The location was the best part as it was less than 3 miles from our daughter's home. We visit Woodbridge at least 2 times a year and would book this home again! Thanks Virginia!
