Our house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, approx. 150 meters from the tram towards the city center (approx. 10 minutes). Cafe, restaurants, shops and swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity.

A spacious room (24 m2) with its own entrance and balcony (10 m2), modern kitchen, cozy dining area, workplace and a cozy bed (2mx1.60). The associated shower room is 2 meters away and can only be used by you.

THE LIVING ROOM
The room with its own entrance from the hall is newly renovated, with natural parquet floors and tastefully decorated. It is suitable for holidays in Freiburg as well as for business trips and longer stays.
Large windows create a bright, friendly atmosphere, the balcony invites you to linger in the warm season. 24 m2 offer ample space for the kitchen, dining area, bed and desk. The separate shower room is 2 meters from the room entrance.

The KITCHEN is equipped with dishes for 4 people and has a fridge and ceramic hob. Coffee maker, toaster and kettle are also available.

The ESSPLATZ consists of a table, two comfortable chairs and a shelf that can be used as a shelf. There is also a small library on the shelf.

The bed is 200 x 160 cm, has a comfortable backrest and 2 bedside tables.
The DESK has a glass top. The TV set is also on it.
The CLOTHES CABINET has enough space for a longer stay.
Your own SHOWER BATH is 2 meters above the hall.

Our house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The Dreisam river is about 200 meters as the crow flies, where you can walk for miles along the river bank. Approximately 150 meters away you will find a regular tram connection to the city center, as well as a cafe, kiosk, bank, health food store and bakery. In the vicinity there are also 2 supermarkets, restaurants and a public swimming pool. The University of Teacher Education is 5 minutes away on foot.
