Great unit and location

We’ve stayed at this resort before but looked for a ground floor unit this time. So easy to go out to the pool from the patio. The grassy area was a great spot for the kids to play while. Loved the resort and amenities, there’s also a gym just down the hall. The unit was set up well for our needs. We had an issue the washer but it was addressed immediately. Would choose this unit again.

Not a great experience at all

Nothing went right from the beginning. 1. Check in experience horrible. Check in time 4pm. We arrived at 11 am. requested if an early check in can be allowed since we had kids. that was not available. We waited till 4pm and then went to unlock the door and it didnt work. Later after follow up, the door code worked but the cleaners were in the home and doing the cleaning. We waited outside till 5.15 and went in after the cleaning was done.. But hardly any cleaning was done properly. 2. not enough utensils. 3. Bathroom door locks were not working. 4. Dishwasher wasnt working at all. After complaint, they replaced it with a new unit. 5. Vacum cleaning wasnt working. 6. A/C was broken.. and was leaking from cealing. We had to call for every issues we find and they fixed it for some. But then we have not gone their to find out the property issues. It impacted our vacation time.. and was not enjoyable at all.. Will be expressing our dissatisfaction to VRBO and to host and ask for refund.

Don’t stay anywhere else!

We have stayed here multiple times in the past. This time we decided to try some place different, it was terrible and uncomfortable for our family. Even though we paid to stay at the other place we forfeited that money and paid to come here for the remainder of our trip. Best place to stay on the island!!! We will come back again and again!

The best family resort!

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The pools and hot tubs are perfect and so fun for kids. The beach access is so nice. The rooms are clean and quiet and huge. Lots of amenities. Loved having the ability to do our laundry and cook. Everyone is so nice and helpful. We can’t wait to return!

Spacious and great condo

We loved our condo. It's very spacious, comfortable and great location on the ground floor with direct access outside. We were a party of 8 (4 adults + 4 kids). It had beach chairs and kids beach toys.

Wonderful family vacation spot

Perfect ground floor for three generation family vacation. The pool was just perfect for the kids and we thoroughly enjoyed the beach walk. Would highly recommend!
