We really loved this property ! The unit is well taken care of care of, very clean modern and awesome patio The vibe of the entire property is very relaxed and was great for the family time we really enjoyed. This is the third time we have stayed at Shelly's place and there is a good reason why. The location of her place is second to none. Her condo has nearly everything you could possible need. There are no surprises, check in is a breeze. We literally won't stay anywhere else becasue of how easy her place makes our stay. We travel with twin boys with Autism and the last thing we need is a surprise. The communication is excellent and she and Barbara are over the top accommodating. As soon as we got home, one of the boys was asking to come back. Thanks Shelly for creating such a fantastic place for vacations. The boys feel right at home, even playing catch lanai to lanai with the neighbors towards the beach. Until next time...

First, just have to say that after many, many years of traveling and staying at VRBO places, Barbara is the most outstanding host ever!! She responded so quickly to emails and then her detailed email about our stays was incredible and provided us with everything we needed to know about our stay and the condo. She really is the best! And the condo was equally as wonderful! We had an incredible stay and have also never stayed in a place that was so well stocked with everything we could think of to make our vacation even better - beach chairs, snorkels, ice chest, boogie boards, inner tubes, the list just goes on and on as to what was available for our use. And the kitchen was equally so well stocked, and the condo itself was gorgeous. Had incredible ocean and sunset views from being on the 7th floor and loved the outside deck with the table, plenty of chairs and the 2 lounge chairs to relax in. Simply cannot say enough wonderful things about the Barbara and the condo itself!

This was the absolute BEST. Exceptional room, fantastic views, beyond our wildest expectations. Our host, Shelly, gaves us excellent tips for our stay and provided us a Maui visit we will never forget. The property itself is right on the beach and everything you need. Service staff was great as well. This is the place to stay in Maui

A real winner for the annual girlfriends trip!

We love Honua Kai! This particular condo is wonderful and absolutely packed with amenities. The property owner has thought of everything and we had a fabulously comfortable stay!

Gorgeous family stay in Kaanapali!

Thank you to Shelly for hosting us at her home! We had a wonderful time. The room was clean, spacious (2-bedroom 7th floor) and great views! We had an awesome time. The grounds were very nice as well.

Great stay!

Property was excellent, we have stayed at the resort before but this unit is great as Shelly has stocked the unit with all the things you will need for beach from chairs to sand toys and more. I appreciated kitchen items that were also stocked as well. Great view from lanai.

Great Stay!

My family of 5 stayed here over the July 4th weekend and it was a great stay. The property is well appointed as described, clean, and in great location. There are a multitude of high quality beach accessories in condo as well as some essentials in the kitchen left by the owner and previous guests. The Honua Kai is a beautiful resort and I would highly recommend staying at this property and this condo specifically.

Wonderful Condo!

My family of six had a great time in this condo. It is very clean and well-stocked. The views are gorgeous (we saw so many whales from the balcony we stopped counting!). Check in was easy and communication with the owner was very informative. The location is very convenient to Lahaina. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Perfect Lanai

This unit had a lanai with an amazing view of the ocean and the inner courtyard swimming pool. This was the ideal stay, to have breakfast on the lanai in the shade. On the 7th floor we were able to see whales breaching . This place is awesome.

This place was simply beautiful. Shelly was a very accommodating and communicative host. Location was perfect and we could keep an eye on our older kids at the pool from the lanai. This place was equipped with everything - shampoo, soap, detergent, coffee, snacks, pool and beach toys. We would book again in a heartbeat!

Amazing Condo and Beach

Shelly's condo is amazing and exactly as shown on VRBO. She is super responsive and made the entire trip easy. Great information to local activities and it is the perfect location for relaxation and fun. The area is being rebuilt from the fires, but this location is away from the main destruction. Most of the local community is very receptive to the tourist returning. Everyone we encountered was amazing.
