Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 130 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The entrance leads over an external stair directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Dining room with dinette. Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, lounge and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Labin, district Ripenda Kras. The holiday home is located on a 1700 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house. Private parking for 3 vehicles.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-April to mid-October 4 m x 12 m 1.4 m deep).
