About this property

A stay in a quiet house near the beach and all amenities.

Our villa Odile is located in the heart of the city centre, 70 m from the beach, 10 minutes walk from the train station of Le Tréport, mini-market nearby, free parking 5 minutes walk.
On the ground floor, raised, an authentic Mersois villa, in the seaside area.
With an area of 38 m2, our accommodation has 4 beds.
The accommodation consists of a bedroom, bed of 140, a sofa bed in the living room, a well-equipped kitchen, shower room, toilet, television.
On the esplanade of Mers, you can admire the Belle-Epoque villas, the cliffs and the beach huts.
For teenagers a skatepark area
Many bars and restaurants, florist, hairdresser, swimming pool, bakery, bank etc...
A few kms, the Baie de Somme, its natural parks, the little train of St Valéry.
2h30 from Paris, Mers is the oldest seaside resort in France and voted 2nd favourite village of the French.
The emerald green Channel with its shades of blue, pebbles, seagulls, invites you to come and recharge your batteries.
Lively city in summer.
