Casa Annika - your place of power with lake view in Bodman

The apartment is oriented to the sea side and is located on the lower floor (hillside). It has 65 sqm distributed in 3 rooms: a large living / dining area with open kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a children's room with bunk beds, a cot. The nursery receives daylight via a light shaft. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and two sinks. The terrace faces the lake and is in north / west / east facing.

Our apartment is quiet and yet centrally located. You can sit on the terrace with a beautiful lake view in the sun and enjoy the day, take a walk in the village or hike on the Bodanrück. Of course, there are also wonderful bike paths that run along the lake. And then you can enjoy a refreshing bath in the beautiful Lake Constance.

Schöne Wohnung für Familien

Insgesamt tolle Wohnung mit sehr viel Spielzeug, Spielen und Büchern für Kinder. In Bodman kann man alles zu Fuss erreichen, ein schöner kleiner Ort. Wohnung und Terrasse sind im EG direkt zur Strasse, die ist allerdings kaum befahren. Kommunikation über einer Verwaltung und unkomplizierter Checkin. Kleinigkeit: Die Beschreibung könnte aktualisiert werden, die Kaffeemaschine benötigt Nespressokapseln und es gibt keine Mikrowelle.

Sauberkeit und Gestaltung Top. Nette Kommunikation mit Agentur und Vermieterin. Persönlich hat uns die Informationen in der Anzeige gefehlt, dass in der Wohnung eine Zwischentür ( abgeschlossen) ist und man sich dadurch nicht allzu sicher gefühlt hat. Empfehlenswert dies in der Anzeige ergänzen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung.

Die Lage und der Wohnort war perfekt. Kleines Manko war der etwas laute Kühlschrank in der Küche. Ansonsten alles top.

Die FeWo ist sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern, Spielzeug ist ausreichend vorhanden. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr etc. ist sehr gut. Hofladen und Penny sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Sehr angenehme Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Die Einliegerwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Moderne, bequeme Möbel, neue Betten, Geschirr und Küchenausstattung für einen Zwei-Wochen-Aufenthalt genau angemessen. Leistungsfähiger Internetzugang im Wohnzimmer. Die bodentiefen Fenster bieten einen Blick hinunter auf das Westende des Überlinger Sees mit Sipplingen und Ludwigshafen. Dazu noch die Fußläufigkeit zum Bäcker und zum Hofladen mit seinen lokalen Produkten. Kurz, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
